I had a facial with Olivia about a month ago and I cannot say enough good things! Olivia gave me recommendations on what to buy to help clear up my skin and they worked perfectly! I will definitely be back.

I have really enjoyed getting facials from Allison, and hair cuts and color by Sara and Bri. The last time I was in, I got my makeup done for free by Annie after my hair appointment and she knocked it out of the park for family photos. I will definitely be booking personal makeup for special occasions. I love how professional the salon staff are and the quality of hair , face, and color options aligns with my need for clean products.

Got a facial here for the first time and it was wonderful. Easy to book and I really enjoyed my quick consultation before the facial so we could target exactly what I was looking for. Very relaxing, professional, and nice!

At this point, I wait for haircuts and color until I come home to Mt. Pleasant so that I can go to STOX. Sam is wonderful, and the dye brand that she and some of the other stylists use is gorgeous. Like, compliments from strangers and lasts forever, gorgeous. I also really appreciate that their front desk/phone staff are not only extremely friendly and patient, but also super knowledgable about the system they use, each stylist, and the products used in the salon. Highly recommend.

This salon is fabulous! The front desk is super friendly, the salon is beautifully decorated and super clean. Samantha was my hair stylist and she did an amazing job. She listened and gave me exactly the hair cut that I asked for.

(Please see edit) I went to this salon per a friend’s recommendation. Kayla was the stylist that worked on my hair. I got a haircut and balayage. The haircut was fine and average. The balayage was absolutely horrible and looked nothing like the photos I showed her that I wanted prior to her working on my hair. I was embarrassed to go in public it was so bad. I called the salon to complain and Kayla was supposed to reach out to set up a time to fix my hair. She did reach out but gave me only one time option and I let her know it was not a time that worked for me. I never heard back from her to find a different time which is extremely unprofessional and ridiculous considering the amount of money I paid. I am extremely unhappy with how service is conducted at this salon. I will not be recommending this place to anyone and I will not be back. Edit: The owner Susan reached out after seeing my review and was extremely apologetic and committed to fixing the issue. She promptly setup a new appointment time and fixed my hair herself. It now looks exactly like I wanted! Susan also went the extra mile to compensate me for the trouble. Overall, I am pleased with the result and how this was handled once it got into the right hands. A big thank you to Susan and her awesome customer service!

STOX & CO is fabulous. I called last minute to get my Fiancé an appointment to get dolled up before we went out. Sara rockstarred her hair and came out glowing. Great atmosphere, results, and reasonable pricing. She leaves it, that's what counts.
