It's a beautiful clean well lit salon with fun music in the back round. I LOVE my experience with Gen, she is an amazing hairdresser. Great customer service. She did a consultation with me and showed me options of what the style can look like in the end, a great protocol she has set up to keep you comfortable and in the know of the process ! Would highly recommend this place.

I have been coming to qi hair salon for 3 years now and have always been helped by Gen. I love the salon, there’s always a ton of parking and the lot feels safe. Upon entering the building you’ll immediately notice how clean and well kept it is. I enjoy how open and inviting the floor plan is. You’re greeted by a stylist as soon as you walk in. I have never had to wait to be helped. The whole staff is so sweet. Gen is so kind and does a great job of walking you through the process and explaining her steps along the way. She gives you exactly what you want. If for whatever reason you need something "fixed" or changed, she gladly does it and ensures you leave happy.

Oh my gosh I’m so late but- I came here in September and Paola helped me out. She’s truly a godsend <3 I had an extremely rough and stressful week before I came and it was refreshing to do something for myself. I also don’t have the best history with hair stylists either. Just a year before I came here, a different salon cut my hair an inch from my scalp on accident!! I’m thinking of getting a hair cut soon and I thought of her. I hope she’s still there because she is a GEM! I am so glad I went here, I don’t want any other hair salon to touch my hair 😅 I also bought some of their tea tree shampoos and they’re so nice :D

I was really excited to choose a local hair salon although skeptical going in. We got off to a poor start when I showed up an hour early since they booked me an appointment from one day to another (they offered, I didn’t ask for something asap). They didn’t send me a message with confirmation so I went off the time I was told to show up. They were very standoffish when I simply showed up early. I said no problem, I’ll be back. I ran some errands, came back and I immediately realized that my stylist was inexperienced and definitely not who I’d have chosen to cut my wavy/curly hair. Whenever I asked about anything (products, my hair type, challenges with styling my hair) she would say "um" 100x, then finish with "sometimes hair just does what hair does." I was patient and tried to trust the process, even adding a B treatment for "frizz" @ $60+. The stylist got around to cutting my hair and that was fine. The biggest problem I had with coming here was that she styled it horribly. She left my hair blowdried FLAT AND FRIZZY. Her next client showed up and she left the second half of my head so ugly, I had an important meeting right after and my hair looked ridiculous. She said she needed to hurry because of the next client and I told her I hoped she would finish her current client (me) and she caught an attitude saying she can’t do much. So she straightened some of it and fried my baby hairs. At $145 I would have hoped for a more experienced & talented stylist. The products used were not what I’d consider quality at all. I scheduled to relax and this was anything but relaxing. So much for supporting local businesses. I really wanted to have a place for blow out pick-me-ups, and to have a nice ambiance. This was not it.

Luz did my blonding session Halloween 2023. She educated me on what she was doing the entire time step by step to keep me informed throughout the whole process. I showed her my inspiration photo and we discussed what I liked and didn’t like about my hair in its pre-service condition. I have thick curly hair, which tends to be a bit difficult for most stylists to handle. Luz handled my hair like a PRO! First time being in her chair, but I felt like she’s been doing my hair for years lol. She knew exactly what I wanted and what she was going to do to get me there. I finally have the hair I’ve always dreamt of having, but never thought possible. Dreams do come true! Thank you Luz for my much needed makeover and confidence boost! I also loved the atmosphere of the salon. It’s very spacious and comfortable. Lots of quality products available for sale. Employees were all friendly and welcoming. Plus the stylists were all dressed up for Halloween which was super fun! I’m over the moon happy with my hair! You have successfully gained another loyal client. I can’t say enough good stuff about my experience!
