Mrs. Shirley has been doing my hair now for about 8.5 years now. I can honestly say that she is a hardworker, honest and keeps all of her customer's hair looking healthy and beautiful. So very grateful for Hair Studio One. ♥

I Love getting my hair Done Here No Glue or Weave only Do healthy Hair styles. And it's a Family Affair her daughter is Awesome when it Comes to the Locs and Dreads.

Solid u-haul option. If you’re checking the place out because it’s late and other options are closed, you’ll wish you’d gone here sooner. Someone might have to step away from a haircut in progress to take care of your rental, so be patient. It’s still way faster than a dedicated u-haul place.

I wish I could give less than one star. We used the uhaul service. This location should simply not have uhaul service. When we showed up no one was there. I called the number on the site and a woman answered to tell me that she's usually there but she's doing back to school shopping. She said the one we rented hadn't been returned and to pick either the 26 foot or 15 foot on the other side of the building. So we grabbed the 15 foot since a man returned another uhaul in front of the 26 foot. I called her to let her know we were doing the 15 foot instead of the 26 foot and why. Even though she had just said to pick either on the previous call, she now said we couldn't take that one because it was rented. So we put it back and I told her how the other was blocked in. She said to drive it through the grass. Well. The only way to do that would be to drive that giant thing through a power pole. She said back it up and then go through the grass. Well. You can't back it up as there's fence directly behind it. She sounded frustrated (as if we weren't frustrated enough for the inconvenience we are being caused while spending money on terrible service) and said she would be there in 10 to 15 minutes. A priest winds up waiting with us because although he rented his over a month ago he was told the day before that it was either now or not at all. He left service just before a funeral to come get it and has to wait with us because the 26 foot he needs is blocked in (I have no clue what vehicle she really wanted us to take at this point). She pulls up, music blaring cuss words (there's a child with the priest, his grandson I believe, so the cuss words are super nice) after we've been standing in the heat for 30 maybe 35 minutes. Her and her friend get out, dressed likke they've been clubbing (very scantily clad) and proceed to be very unprofessional the whole time. 0 out of 10. Would not recommend. Only used them because every other uhaul in the area only had 4pm pickup. This is not our first uhaul but it will be our last at this location and I will highly recommend anyone against using this location.

On Tuesday April 19th I had an appointment with Carolyn "CJ" Harris to start my Loc journey. Every single thing about my experience was wonderful! My appointment started with an amazing spa worthy shampoo and conditioning, her hands felt heaven sent to my scalp and the tingling shampoo made it even better. Not only was CJ's work flawless but she also made a point to explain the process and educate me on how to take care of my locs in between appointments. If you are looking to start your Loc journey, or if you have any other hair needs please don't hesitate to call CJ at Hair Studio One, you won't regret it.
