rooted salon and spa

i’ve been going to this salon for two years now and my only complaints are not going sooner & that it’s 30 minutes away from me! i couldn’t dream up a more beautiful salon with better stylists! the vibes are always so high from the environment, energy, the way it’s decorated- all of it! not only are kayla & kaylene the best but so is their little storefront boutique! plus they have the comfiest and girliest lounge area to hang out in while you wait for your appointment! couldn’t be happier with rooted!! 🙂

Clean, bright & very professional salon - I went to see Rebecca and she never fails to amaze me! Definitely would recommend for extensions and toning, she makes my hair look perfect every time!

My girls and I all go to Rebecca to get our highlights and every time she exceeds our expectations! She is humble, kind, and a total professional.

I was drawn into Rooted Salon because of how beautiful it looked from the outside — and walking in, it was even more stunning inside. However, my experience with the staff didn’t match the ambiance. I asked the receptionist if they removed extensions and worked with colored hair. Her immediate response was, "We don’t do pink, blue, green, or highlighted colors," which felt dismissive right off the bat. I was fine with that, but when I asked if they remove extensions, the response was vague. I was told, "If I can find someone willing to do your hair." The energy felt off, and no one came to speak with me after I waited for 15 minutes. I ended up leaving due to the bad vibe and lack of basic customer service. Beautiful salon, but unfortunately, a disappointing experience

I am so excited that Rooted is here! I have been going to Sarah (the owner) for years and am so in love her new salon. It is so cute and beautifully designed. Sarah does extensions so well and will always be honest with you. She will make sure that you leave looking and feeling your best!! There are many other stylists there who do a great job as well and I love that you can always get a blowout with someone.

I’ve been coming to Sarah (owner) since 2020. She is one of the most compassionate people I’ve ever met. She treats you like family and does such an amazing job on hair and hand tied extensions. Salon is clean, modern and very friendly. I would recommend anyone wanting to color their hair or want hand tied extensions to truly give this place an opportunity. They have shown time and time again that they care about what you want and deliver.

I recently started going to Rebecca at Rooted Salon for hair extensions after years of not having a go-to hair dresser. This was the first time I've ever gotten hair extensions so I was extremely nervous about it. Rebecca made me feel so comfortable and reassured that I had nothing to worry about. I absolutely LOVE my hair! She did such an amazing job! She answered all of my questions so quickly and gave the best hair tips. She's one of the kindest hair dressers I've ever gone to and always has a smile on her face. The salon itself is beautiful, bright and so clean! Every time I've gone in there and waited for my appointment, someone always has greeted me nicely and made sure I was helped. I'm so glad I found this place and Rebecca and highly recommend them for all your hair salon needs. Thank you!!
