Lucy the nail tech gave me exactly what I requested. She was attentive and courteous made me comfortable she was also precise with her hands when creating the details on the nail. I've been getting compliments on the design from many women, so I decided to post for whoever wants an artistic nail tech which are very scarce to find. I am very happy with the service!! Absolutely perfect! Norma is the owner she colored and cut my hair and did it absolutely beautifully! Helped me figure out the color exactly right for me and im obsessed! Ashley washed and styled my hair and was so sweet and styled it the way i wanted and i look beautiful. at the last second i decided i wanted my bangs thicker and more from the right side of head to swoop across my forehead to the left side of my face and norma had a new client so lexi stepped in and kept cutting and fixing my bangs the way i wanted until they were perfect! All three of you did absolutely amazing and i appreciate you all and norma for squeezing me in right before christmas ❤️ cant wait to come back. Happy holidays

**This was all booked with the owner** I booked on October 11th (I thoguht I had booked on the 10th) for October 13th. I received the original booking email, the confirmation email and a reminder email but when I showed up the woman seemed irritated I was there and surprise surprise, the owner that I was scheduled with wasn't there. I could hear her tell the coworker that no one saw it in time but if I received 3 emails, shouldn't they have received one or two notifications at least. Poor customer service as no one was there to help and the woman was just staring at me while they talked about no one being there to help me so I left.

Recently went here to dye my hair blonde , Norma did my hair , very nice lady. Didn’t do what I wanted she convinced me to keep brown in my hair convinced me it looked good I’m super nice myself so I didn’t speak up for myself but I should’ve it was no where near what I wanted it’s blotchy has a lot of different colors in it I paid $185 she wanted $200 definitely didn’t get what I wanted or anywhere close for a professional job I feel like i didn’t get what I paid for it looks horrible and it’s a huge color correction someone quoted me $450 to fix what she did I tried to message her to fix it , at least the the brown out that she wanted to keep not me she made it sound like I would look bad if I did all blonde like I wanted so I just agreed because she was the professional , she blocked me after I asked her to fix it. Won’t ever come here again , so many people told me it looked bad and I should go back and make her fix it I literally want to cry. Can’t even get my money back either. She said my hair had to much going on and that it was the best she could do.( since I can’t respond to your response I’m going to add it here I did not tell u I paid almost nothing I told you I paid 200 and I didn’t tell u I complained I didn’t tell u much about it at all. You make lies , you knew I was going to come here because u knew u did a bad job yet u still let me walk out of your salon and still charged me knowing you did a bad job that’s sad. You say you want to want to make your clients happy your actions do not match your words. I really hope you don’t continue to treat people like this and still charged them after u completely destroy their hair and give them a completely different look from what they asked. You knew you did bad that is why I didn’t even bother to ask for a refund because I knew u would deny me. I thought I came here when I was 19 I wasn’t sure but now I am since u clarified that u were the same girl that fried my hair off last time ) YOU ASLO SAID U WOULD FIX IT IF I ENDED UP NOT LIKING IT I TEXTED U I DIDNG LIKE IT U BLOCKED ME AND KEPT MY MONEY

I’d like to give a great BIG "shout out" to En Vogue Salon and its stylists! The main gal that I go to is Norma ✂️, the shop owner., she is so kind and patient, always. I seriously have so much respect for her . I have also been witness to how the other stylists treat their customers.; they show nothing but professionalism, kindness, and courtesy. I highly recommend this WONDERFUL salon and that’s why I’m giving it a five star review. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
