I walk in to look for a quick hairstyle [ponytail] for work and some random female just sits in a chair and look right down the aisle at me like a guard dog. I walked out because it wasn’t that serious and they didn’t have the one I was looking to match my hair texture. The whole experience was unwelcoming.

I love this location. This is the only beauty supply store I shop at in Mobile great prices great location very clean store. Everything is easy to find great employees.

I love U &I I always go for the 29.00 lace fronts just waiting on they human lace to go on a good sale.

Been a customer for years. The owners are amazing and so are the workers

The workers are always rude. Price clearly states $6.99 and the cashier wanted to get an attitude because she made up the price of $8.99. Check your receipts they always overcharge you!

If they offered refunds and/or exchanges I'd give them a 5.

Bought a wig from the glass case for the second time thinking I would give it another try. These wigs are POOR QUALITY Hasn’t been a full two weeks the hair is nappy not soft just a train wreck! Bumped into another female in a different wig store that said she had the same experience here purchased a wig from the case horrible quality paid hear 300.00 I’m pissed
