Studio 4 the Salon LLC

Tiffany was so awesome! I brought my mom in for a birthday haircut. This was our first visit and Tiffany did exactly what mom asked for and we are so happy with the results! We will be coming back!

This place is very unprofessional. They pick and choose who they care for, and if they don't know you, they could care less what happens to you. Stacey, who was originally supposed to do my prom hair cancelled only 12 hours before my appointment. So the next lady, Rhonda, changed the time, which was a time I couldn't make, but when I got there late she had just up and left the salon. Don't recommend this place to anyone who is looking for prom or wedding hair unless you plan on having to find a new salon three hours before your event.

Have over 20 years of history with the stylists at Studio 4 the Salon. Looking forward to 20 more years. Always enjoy the time I spend at Studio 4 because of the ladies who run it and the other patrons who come in. So many quality people in one place. With all we have gone through these past 2.5 yrs Studio 4 has been an important place for me not only because of the services they offer but more so about the people I meet there with each visit.

The staff is not wearing masks and said they won't comply with the state ordinance. They are not sanitizing properly to protect their clients either. Considering how hair salons had to be shut down for almost two months you would think they would obey the rules to stay open. Very shortsighted attitudes

I am part owner at Studio 4 and Casen Young, the young girl who gave us one star, was very misinformed by a lack of communication. All calls were made by her mother 48 hours before her event. She was given four opportunities to have her hair put up for prom. The cancel that was made my one of our stylist was not acceptable and we take full responsibility for that. However, Casen's mom took the 11:00 appt with Rhonda, who was staying beyond her original time to take her. Rhonda specifically told the mother that if Casen wasn't at our salon by 11:15, that she would have to lose her appointment. Rhonda stayed until 11:30. Casen finally shows up at 12:00...an hour after her appt. We are a well known and a very professional salon. Thanks to all of other loyal customers!

Love this salon! Bridgette does an amazing job every time! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend giving them a try!
