Nouveau on Dauphin - a salon and day spa

Highly recommend Bella for a facial. She does an amazing job. My skin looks amazing afterwards and I am always so relaxed.

My facial and massage were awesome. I schedule ahead of time a full day including facial , massage , mani , pedi , shampoo and style and called multiple times to make sure that they were able to work with my hair . I had plans afterwards so I was using the spa day to get me prepared for my after events. When I started my pedicure she told me she was also my stylist so I ask her my options for hair and she said I could straighten it or "make it big " I asked her could she twist or finger cool it and she said "basically I can make it big or make it straight because I don't have much experience with ethnic hair " I told her that over the phone they told me they could she replied "I don't get a lot of practice on your type hair " So I canceled the hair portion but it kinda spoiled my whole day .There was another girl doing pedicures and she said "If I did hair here I could give you a sew in or tape ins " I told her I'm just looking to get my natural hair styled . My toes are uneven from the pedicure . My mani wasn't pleasing either . I picked a pastel green and she said It wasn't going to show good after painting one coat on one nail so I got clear. I talk to the manager over the phone after about the hair and she said they could have done braids but when I asked my options they weren't suggested to me and she pretty much was nonchalant about the whole thing . I had a gift card and Funds left on it but I just used it to buy random fragrance stuff because I don't see my self returning or referring any of my friends. I really wanted to enjoy and unwind but I left feeling worse than I came in to start with .

I had an amazing massage experience at Nouveau. Not only is the atmosphere relaxing, but the the pricing is competitive. Haley did a great job on my upper body massage and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I had an amazing first experience for a full body massage. They took their time & asked what issues I needed addressed. Keith was an amazing masseuse, and I will definitely be back!

I am in town for work, and they got me in for a facial within 2 hours of calling! Every staff member I encountered was so helpful and amazing. Tanner was the absolute best!next time I’m in town, I will 100% be back, and hopefully Tanner will be available again. 10/10

Absolutely the worst haircut I have ever had. I can not remember his name, but he was an older guy with long hair, beard and tattoos. A weed-wacker would have done a better job. I'm completely devastated. Had to go to supercuts to have it fixed because it was so bad I didn't want to go out in public. I've had great experiences there before, so it was even more of disappointment.

Absolutely wonderful Salon and Spa! My massage was amazing and relaxing but I was really impressed with my Stylist Shelby. Being a cosmetologist that just movies her herself, I was wary of find a new place. She listened to all my concerns about my hair and did a great consultation. She applied exactly what we spoke about. The color turned out stunning ! I’m also very picky with my cut and it was exactly how I explained it to her (I know I’m not easy). Definitely stop by there this is a hidden gem!
