Terrible I do not advise you to go to this place they charged me 260 dollars to have my hair colored. Terrible. I will tell you my story. I went to get a makeover. I wanted to be blonde but because of my color she told me that I would never get to the blonde I wanted. I understood her point of view and I told her ok then try to leave my hair light ok. She began to bleach her brush strokes hard and fast, that was when I began to see her poor technique. When bleaching hair, you need to be careful but no, she was in a hurry and you know that in a hurry only fatigue remains and yes, in fact, in some parts of my hair it is stained, I mean, she didn't apply the bleach to some parts of my head and it was stained. Anyway, I'm going to upload some photos of how my hair turned out, the color that it ended up being. I forgot to tell you something else. She tells me in the middle of the bleaching process that if I want to dye the rest of my hair I have to pay 10 dollars more per bowl, when before making the appointment she told me that it would be worth it. 250 for the job, so I ended up with half of my hair undyed, and now I look like a crazy person with my hair all over again, not damaged at all, mistreated, and with 4 colors: orange, yellow, and copper, so this is my experience with this site.

I thought I was going to a high-end salon, but when I got there, I got the worst haircut. They did not do the color at all. I just wanted to toner and they colored all my gray again very inexperienced.

This has to be a joke Salon went in to see how much it would cost for a root touch up and a toner the girl in front desk didn’t know so she went and asked there where 2 other workers just sitting down and they kept umming and took them 5 minutes to give me a price so the girl comes back and Says$190 I said for a root touch up n toner??? She said ya I said how much for just Root touch she sighted and got up and went to ask again and waited 5 more minutes they were still guessing a price but I left……don’t waste your time and money …..

Krystal is fantastic for keeping my hair well groomed. Drive 45 miles every month just to always have her consistency.

I come from Florida to get my hair done here in this slon. I love my hair after I see Leslie. She is great and very patient. Love this place.
