My Salon Suite

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at this salon. I originally booked a nanoplasty and balayage through Daria Iz’s website and contacted her directly. However, I received a response from a stylist named Anastasia, who claimed she had taken over the business from Daria. Anastasia uses Daria’s phone number and salon address under the name "One Touch Hair Studio." Yet when you search online, only Daria’s business appears—there is no trace of this new business name or of Anastasia herself. I specifically wanted an appointment with Daria, but Anastasia assured me she was qualified. Halfway through the service, she admitted that she is not licensed. She then handed over the balayage to another stylist, Olha. The results were awful. The nanoplasty was poorly done—sections of my hair were still frizzy and curly immediately after the treatment, which was supposed to last six months. Anastasia promised a free redo the following month but never confirmed or honored the appointment. On the day of the balayage, Olha claimed my hair was too damaged and suggested switching to toner and root coloring. I asked for a dark ash blonde, but she ignored my request and used black dye instead, leaving my hair uneven and nothing like what I asked for. I also requested a haircut, which was clearly beyond her ability—she botched it terribly. I texted Anastasia the next day to share my concerns. Instead of trying to help, she ignored my messages for hours and eventually responded with a long, rude, and unprofessional reply. To make matters worse, Anastasia posted a video of me on Instagram without my consent—an unacceptable violation of my privacy. The total cost for this nightmare? Nearly $1,000—for unlicensed work, damaged hair, and an embarrassing experience. These individuals mislead clients, overcharge, communicate poorly in English, and operate under someone else’s business name—a major red flag. I strongly urge others to avoid this salon. They are unprofessional, unqualified, and dishonest.

I have been wanting to express my gratitude to the owner of this beautiful place.I have been renting a studio in this beauty suites salon for four years now, and I can’t express how grateful I am to the owner, Christine& Nghi. They welcomed me with open arms, offering thoughtful gifts not only to me but also to all my neighboring suite owners. What truly sets this place apart is how much they care about our well-being. They consistently check in with each of us to ensure everything is running smoothly and that we have everything we need. Their dedication to cleanliness and organization is remarkable. One of the things I will never forget is the kindness and support they showed me during one of the most difficult times in my life—the loss of my father. Their compassion meant the world to me. Beyond that, they always go the extra mile to create a warm and friendly atmosphere. For every big celebration, they provide drinks and sweets for all the neighbors, making us feel like a real family. I truly love and appreciate them, and I couldn’t be happier to have my business in such a wonderful place.

Great local business that can work on black hair and racially mixed hair with knowledge and trust to do a good job. In all my years with Joslyn she gives professional and knowledge in doing my hair.

Nice place, nice staff, a lil bit too pricey do

These are the nicest salon suites I’ve been to in Orange County. There are plenty of parking spots and super clean. My family and I have been going here for years.

Ashton is the best!! She has been my hairdresser for a few years now and just recently moved to this location. The building is clean, safe, and feels newer on the inside. In order to get inside, you have to ring the person you are visiting and they will buzz you in after seeing you on camera. It can be difficult to find the entrance at first, but the "front door" with the doorbell/ringer system is facing the street (Los Alisos). It’s better to park as close as you can to the salon suites instead of parking in the grocery store parking lot since it can get busy!

Went to see Wendy at The Hair Loft inside MY SALON. She is great. She gave me a completely different haircut than my typical one from a picture I bought in. It turned out great. I'd highly recommend her.
