Kristen has been shaping my brows for 20+ years! She is SO knowledgeable, SO thorough, SO gifted and SO much more. Her work is more than brow care and design---it's artistry. I often get compliments on my brow shape and I love the confidence boost I get after seeing Kristen. Beyond all of this, Kristen is a beautiful person inside and out, and truly cares about her clients. Every single appointment with Kristen is like a mini therapy session for me, and I feel great afterwards every time! 🙂

Amazing spa experience! I received the Udwarthana Herbal Exfoliation and added on the Shirodhara which was incredibly relaxing. Sydney was wonderful—professional, attentive, and made the whole experience feel personalized. I left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

I’ve seen Becca a few times for a facial and once for a brow wax. She’s always a gem. Very friendly but professional. Becca made the facial super relaxing while also taking the time to listen and address my skin concerns. Afterwards she showed me some products that would be great additions to my skincare routine. I always love coming to Neroli and would make it a weekly occurrence if I had the time and money!!

I’m really saddened to be writing this review. Before my appointment, I was very clear that preserving my length was extremely important and that I only wanted minimal, long blended layers, yet a noticeable amount of my natural length was cut off despite that being discussed. Because my hair wasn’t washed or styled at the appointment, I didn’t see the full result until the next day, when the loss of length was immediately obvious and made my extensions feel pointless, which is especially upsetting given the cost. I contacted the salon right away with detailed explanations and before-and-after photos; while guest services was initially kind, communication became slow, and the final response focused on the type and length of extensions rather than addressing that my natural hair had been cut shorter than agreed upon. Hair is deeply personal, and this experience was emotionally and financially distressing. I wish this had been handled with more accountability and clarity.

First time getting dermaplaning. Very quick and easy. Rachel did a great job explaining everything and made me comfortable. Facial and lash lift also great.
