Loved my experience with Stephen. His technique — dry hair consultation, cut, blowout, styling — is maybe the best I’ve ever had.

This was a tough one…called and booked a trim for my daughter and son. When my daughter got in the chair for her turn again said only a trim…As I was engaging with my son I turned around and saw my daughter’s hair cut much much more than a trim. I ran up and said "we said just a trim" and she then said she wanted more off…she’s 6! Why I wasn’t asked beforehand I do not know…very, very unhappy with the service. It was our first time there and probably our last. My son’s cut was great and he was nervous about it…I didn’t think I had to worry about my daughters since she just wanted a trim before school starts…very unhappy! She came home crying bc she said she wants long hair again and this is why we were only getting a trim. Who listens to a six year old without asking the parents who was right there! 😡

Jill at Flip has an amazing attitude & outdid herself with my hair. The salon has a really nice atmosphere as well! 🙂

I went to Flip as a first time customer for a balayage and absolutely love my hair! They take their time and use only the best products on your hair. My personal hairdresser was super friendly and really enjoys getting to know her customers. I will definitely be back!

My mom has cried after every haircut until now! She's been uncomfortable about going grey but they were very informative and good at their jobs. Her hair was smooth, the cut was flattering, they suggested good products, and the staff was very friendly. Covid related, everyone wore a mask, kept good distance and was very clean. Amazing experience.

Kerin is amazing, especially with curly hair. Before I started coming to Flip, I'd gotten a cut from someone who did not know how to cut curly hair and was a bit traumatized - I didn't get my hair cut for over a year after that. I never have that worry with Kerin - she listens to what I want and I always love the result. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. My hair always looks great when I leave, and for days after 🙂
