Sandy is my girl!! She’s always so meticulous about my layers and making sure everything is even and looks nice. I came in a couple hours later after my cut because I wanted my bangs to be a little shorter and she spent a good amount of time making sure the new length blended well with the rest of my hair. The effort the staff puts into their craft is very admirable. I don’t trust any other salon with my bangs 🙂‍↔️

I came in today looking like Maui from Moana. My hair was down to my mid back, I came in and had to wait about 10 mins. They were very busy but worth the wait. I didn’t get her name but she definitely transformed my hair. It looks amazing, my coarse curly hair cut into a Korean style hair length cut down to pass my eyes. My daughter said i look Japanese now! I love the layers she added the side view looks so nice when I just randomly brush it back with my hands. Thank you!

I booked a 5:00pm appointment with Olivia and arrived 15 minutes early, as I always try to be respectful of my stylist’s time. However, when I got there, she had decided to take a walk-in before me because he had been waiting for 30 minutes. She then told me I would have to wait an additional 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If she wanted to take another client before me, she could have easily called or texted to confirm I was coming or to ask if I could come later. Instead, I was left sitting there with my appointment pushed back nearly an hour for no fault of my own. An appointment is a commitment, and I expect my time to be respected just as I respect theirs. Unfortunately, this experience has made me think twice about returning.

For context, I am an Asian millennial and over many years I’ve sought out the best salons around. In my experience, I’ve found Asian salons are best for Asian people. I am particular because my hair type and head shape require a thoughtful cut that most can’t get right. I’ve had haircuts in Seoul, Tokyo, Taipei, SF, SJ. I tried Hairday salon for the first time and it’s one I plan to go back to regularly go back to. Alisa has the artistic intuition that are found in the best stylists. She gets it. And is friendly! Highly recommend.

I moved from another city and was looking for a new hair salon when I found this place. I started coming here not long after Alisa opened her shop, and after my first visit, I was hooked. She’s super detail-oriented and always gives me a great cut. On top of that, she’s really friendly and has such a warm, positive vibe—it’s always a pleasure to come in.

I easily made the appointment online with Alisa. She was busy and running over from other clients and Leah was available to give me a haircut. I have long, natural hair and voiced my concerns including really damaged split ends, curls I've never had. Leah delicately cut each section of my hair for a layered haircut and also made sure I was comfortable with how much she cut. I wanted to keep my length and she checked with me each section. She styled my hair and taught me how to properly use my tools as well. She also recommended a hair serum that has been game changing for me and the silkiness of my hair. So happy I accidentally came across Leah! Highly recommend.
