I’m really sorry to leave this review but I’m going to be up front and honest about my recent experience here. I visit here a lot for hair appointments, regarding highlights because I truly think they do good hair highlights and hair dyes. However, when it comes to haircuts and what the customer asks for, it’s been nothing but a disappointment. To me, it doesn’t matter how long I’ve been here and how many times I’ve got my hair highlights or done here. It’s about what I had asked for as the customer and what I had wanted. Rachel was my stylist. Honestly, I’m a little frustrated. I usually get my hair highlighted and done here with her but this haircut just had me really frustrated. I showed her exactly the picture I want, exactly what it was. And she ended up doing her own thing and gave me a much shorter haircut, and looks just completely different, and then tells me it looks better this way? It just felt disrespectful as the customer. Whether it looks better or not doesn’t matter to me because it’s not what I had asked for. It would’ve been better to apologize instead or tell me you couldn’t do this haircut. I provided a before, what I had asked for, and after picture below. You can noticeably tell the difference from the reference that there is no similarities in this cut at all. My biggest concern here was that my stylist told me she decided to do her own thing, and while I do take responsibility for putting my full trust in her, I already cannot see without my glasses while my hair is getting cut, by then it’s already too late. I hope this review helps you deduce my concern for custom care. I won’t be returning to this place anymore.

I’ve been meaning to post this review for a while. I got my hair done here back in August and Angela did an amazing job with my color, she took her time and made sure everything was even and beautifully blended. Rachel also helped cut my hair and did a great job. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this salon!

By far the best haircut and service I have ever received. The hair wash is 10 out of 10!!! Sooo relaxing and they take their time washing your scalp. Angela and everyone there was so kind the first time I came here. She walked me through the process and explained why she was cutting and what it would do. I didn’t feel like I was just another customer. They made me feel like family on the first visit and I refuse to go anywhere else. Everyone here had amazing light and calm energy. I would HIGHLY recommend coming here!

Rachel is so sweet!! I absolutely love my hair and have gotten sooo many compliments on it. She gave me great advice on how to style it and she is so very detailed in her work. I highly recommend and will be back.

I absolutely love Rachel’s Hair Salon! I first found them when I lived in Gilbert, and trusting my gut with Sarah and Rachel was the best decision. They helped me achieve the perfect deep burgundy wine color—and then some. Even after moving to Goodyear, I still make the drive back for my color and cuts because the team is 100% worth it. Everyone is so welcoming, provides amazing customer service, and truly knows their stuff when it comes to color. I’ll definitely be a loyal client for years to come!

Rachel is the most talented stylist I have ever met she already knows what you want at first glance, the way she styles you’re hair is so unique and extraordinary that there’s no words to describe what she does that I find really impressing. Every time I leave the studio I’m always confident and feeling really happy about myself Rachel is the best in what she does when it comes to styling hair and I’m glad she is my stylist I really recommend her studio!
