Noelle gave me my reflection back. I didn’t recognize myself in the mirror, and it was a constant reminder of everything I had been through. From the moment you walk into her salon, you feel warmth, openness, and empathy. The entire staff is welcoming and kind. They work with hair loss for many reasons — kids, women, men — and they get it. You never feel like a transaction. You feel understood and in very capable hands. I came to Noelle after a year-long medical crisis. I never imagined myself bald, but there it was. I had thick, long, healthy hair my whole life and took it for granted. I told myself I could handle it. "It’s just hair." My plan was to ride it out with a pixie. I thought it would be cute. I was wrong. I didn’t recognize the woman in the mirror, and I was tired of feeling bad every time I looked at myself. I knew nothing about extensions. I searched for reviews almost looking for permission to do this for myself. I found Noelle’s in Boston. If you’re reading this and hesitating, especially if you’re telling yourself it’s frivolous or that everyone else comes first, let me reassure you: a reset is possible. Three inches of damaged regrowth can look incredible in one afternoon with the right talent. With just a few inches to work with, Noelle blended everything so seamlessly that for the first time in a long time, I saw me again. Give yourself the gift. It is worth it. Editing this (after reading the lovely reply) to say how grateful I am to Noelle who took me under her wing and made me feel whole again. I am still recovering and I know that I can be difficult to work with, medication makes me a disregulated hormonal train-wreck half time and she was oddly eqipped to hold space for my emotions, shes just a great human and right now, we need more good humans.

Great salon and small business close to Boston. I got my hair done here, and it came out really well. Noelle made sure that I was happy with everything. Definitely my go-to salon from here on out.

I've been going to Noelle Salon for years now. When I first started going back again regularly in October 2023, I was wearing a hair topper due to having trichotillomania. I was wearing one for over 10 years. Last year I was able to get rid of the topper because so much of my own hair has grown back after having more control of my disorder. I now wear hair extensions and Lindsey is my stylist. She is awesome!! I can't say enough good things about her. She is very friendly and we always have such nice conversations during my appointments. She does an amazing job on my hair! I am always so happy and feel great about how I look when I leave there. Everyone at Noelle salon is so kind and they do amazing work! I can't imagine going to any other hair salon.

My son Louis has alopecia, and Noelle has been absolutely incredible in helping him with his hair loss. Her kindness, expertise, and compassion made all the difference. She took the time to listen, understand his needs, and make him feel completely comfortable and confident. The service was exceptional, and the quality of her work is unmatched. I am so grateful for everything she has done for my son. I cannot recommend Noelle Salon & Spa highly enough.

I came to Noelle’s after experiencing hair loss from chemotherapy. The team here was definitely sensitive to my situation as a cancer survivor and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable from the beginning, offering me a private room and helping me understand my options. Diane set me up with a topper and extensions to help get me through the awkward regrowth stage. This gave me my confidence back and allowed my hair to continue to grow without any damage. Visited monthly for adjustments for 6 months and now have a nice short hair cut! Highly recommend working with Diane and Noelle. Thank you, thank you!

After years struggling with hair loss due to PCOS and not finding anyone that works with hair loss in my area, I have finally found the perfect place that worked with me to find the best solution to my hair loss. Noelle and Aurora were extremely amazing and pleasant to work with. I came in for a consult and left with a head full of hair! Left Noelle Salon super confident and looking amazing! I wanted to leave a review regarding my experience at this salon to make people aware of the unprofessional and misleading "service" or lack of that I received at this salon in June 2022. At my first appointment at the salon I had a lovely chatty experience with all staff and I left very happy with the outcome of my veila method of extensions received. (Bear in mind my friend had done a wonderful job of my foils prior to this appointment).I even posted to my Instagram page, little did I know the nightmare that would ensue…. I returned 5/6 weeks later to get the extensions taken up and a partial foil. Returning to this appointment I let Aurora my stylist know that my extensions became very loose quickly and that I had lost a lot of extension hair over the course of the weeks past. (I washed my hair once a week) She didn’t seem to have any answers for me and brushed it off. She continued to foil my hair and it was the worst foil I have EVER received and I have been foiling my hair 20+ years. The extensions felt tight leaving but within a week had loosened and each end of the so called "weft" was peeling either side. I reached out to Aurora to stress my disappointment and she got me in the following week to add more as there was root everywhere. In the mean time I had two hair dressers look at my hair to see if I was being fair requesting a second foil to which they were horrified by the way the foils had been done. They were basically randomly thrown in and rushed. I returned the following week to get more foils and expressed my concern and Aurora obliged and once again the foils were not inserted at the root and there was a dark root halo around my face once again on leaving. It actually baffles me as for the second time I had stressed how much I tie my hair up every day and that I needed highlights framing my face. I left once again upset and frustrated because at this point I had paid 1300 in total and a generous tip and still not one bit impressed. I called today to cancel my upcoming appointments after getting a second opinion from two different professional extension hair stylists. They told me that the veila hair extensions were merely tape in extensions with beads inserted and the adhesive removed and that the application of them is very poor. When asked why I was cancelling (by the owner that got very aggressive on the phone with me) I explained my reason and her tone swiftly changed and I was verbally accused of many things when all I was doing was stating my concerns and the second opinions I received. She asked why and I told her why and this seemed to send her into a very angered state. I had to hang up the phone from the verbal attacking I received. Please do your research before going to this salon. Read the reviews and save your money, time and headache. Im utterly disgusted and disappointed not only by the service I received but the verbal attacking which by the way, proves the guilt this owner is trying to conseal.
