I’ve been going to Ms. Loretta for at least 2.5 years now. She started my locs and has been maintaining them ever since. Her work is phenomenal. She makes you feel comfortable when you sit in her chair if feels like home. She is very particular about her work and does her very best with each l head she touches. I am so happy to have found somebody who cares to maintain my hair.

I love my hair!! I came in for a consultation for my dreadlocks, Loretta is professional, straightforward and honest. She gave me her recommendations. I asked if she could do my hair that same day, she agreed and I’m very happy with her work. She did a good job trimming my hair and gave me a mirror so I could see the progress through out the session which I appreciated however the professionalism was not there and that is a VERY important part of the service. I did not appreciate some of the comments she made referring to me ( my age, assumed life experience, piercings, etc) and the aggressiveness while discussing certain topics when I was polite and simply came to receive a service.

Just got my hair done Friday, and I absolutely LOVE it! The salon is meticulously clean, the final product is to die for, and the service is second to none! May take some time to get an appointment, as she stays booked out, but 100% worth the wait! I can honestly say no one else will be cutting my hair or touching my dreads from now on!

A couple of months ago I had tape in extensions in my hair. A friend of mine had told me she can take them out but after a couple of days I realised the removal process had failed. My hair started to lock up around the tape. Within a couple of months several dreads had formed where the hair locked up around the tape. A friend of mine recommended Unique Salon. I called in hopes that maybe somebody could help. My stylist expressed that she was by appointment only but was extremely generous and agreed to check it out for me. I have never been met with such amazing service. I could tell right off the bat my stylist loves her job and helping people. I'm sure she could see I was desperate and didn't know where to turn for help. After about 10 mins or so of being sat in the chair she helped free me of a few of my dreads and educated me on the best removal techniques. I'm a stylist myself and I definitely appreciated the education. I'll tell ya I learned the hard way of what not to do to my hair anymore but my stylist at Unique Salon absolutely went above and beyond today and I couldn't express my gratitude towards her enough. If you want your locks done right, this is the place! Loretta will do you right, as well as give you an education on keeping your locks and scalp healthy! Loretta keeps it 1hundred! She is the real deal, professional, funny, very knowledgeable about hair care! She don't like number 45! Beware! Or get your feelings hurt!😁😁😁

I called them to ask them if they could do redread, They give me a attitude and talk back and tell me that they has client waiting, she is not a good manner and keep give me attitude and she wont listen what I need to explain my experience with my previous salon who mess up my dreads, i just like to be careful and talk and explain reason why and discuss but unfortunately she hung up on me, so therefore They are not profession at all! they have no patient also as well! and its expensive to spend on dreads and make sure it looks good as it process growing I did spend alot of time research on this. and I felt so helpless!! seriously!
