A Cut to Dye For

I went in for a haircut and the service lasted about 10 minutes. I was not seated. My hair was cut standing up, using clippers in the back and scissors in the front, without sectioning or cross-checking for balance. I left with uneven length throughout, including noticeable differences from side to side. I paid for a haircut and will now need to have it corrected elsewhere. This was very disappointing, especially given prior good experiences.

Thanks for the "bob" alex. Really disappointed, i only got refunded 35 out of 45$. I don't even care about the refund. My hair is ruined and i had an important event to attend. Do NOT get your hair cut here. Even when its not brushed back it looks horrible. Im devastated. Edit, absolutely hilarious response. I AM the person who got my hair cut. This its wet because she styled it before i left, i had to wet it to really see how bad it was. We came back because when we got to the car, i took my jacket off and my mom spotted the two inch "back bangs" piece. We came back because WHY would i leave with a huge chunk uneven. And no we weren't "loud and rude" you guys chopped my hair and left it looking horrible. I hated the initial cut but didn't want to be rude so we left. After finding the back piece, there was ZERO WAY i was leaving like this. Glad to know your salon takes zero accountability for terrible service. The first picture with a bun is dry, taken before i even wetted my hair. And no, i only got back 35$.

Nice place, good price and friendly staff, just went in to get my beard cleaned up a little and she offered to clean up around the back of my neck also, definitely will be comeing back... mainly writing this review to show people its not just women that go here!

I am more than pleased with my hair cut. Savanna did my hair and I love it. I wanted to go short! I showed her how I wanted it and she was spot on. I love having the low maintenance hair. She got me in the same day. My appointment was scheduled for 7 pm but I got to the area sooner. I called and asked if they could take me and she said that they could and she was just about to call because she had a cancellation. I told her I wanted short hair but was apprehensive since it doesn't usually work for large girls like me. She told me the right shape and cut will look good even if its short and she was right! So glad I did it!

Been coming here for 5 years never disappointed. If you love any kinda hair colored I recommend coming here!

Best haircut place in mville 🙂 Amanda and Virginia are great. I love them and stand by them! They will listen to what you want and they can do cool trendy hair styles other places can’t. Thank you for all that you do!

Update: My 3 year old son LOVES coming to have his hair cut by Virginia. She is amazing and takes such good care of our family. She is phenomenal with colors, always knows just what I am asking for and delivers every time. Love my new haircut Virginia! I always have a great experience. Thanks ladies!
