Go see Christina!! She nailed the inspo pic I showed her with both the color & the cut. I’ve received so many compliments!! Unmatched vibes from both the salon and Christina, I won’t be trusting anyone else with my hair again!

I’ve been a client with MW for several years. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had there. I hate to leave a negative review but I feel like others might appreciate the warning. Christina was a new stylist to me and is also newish to the field, I think she would benefit with more training. I went in on Friday 2/20 and waited 3 days to leave this review because 1.) I wanted to wait to see what the cut looked like after I washed it and 2.) I wanted to give myself time to be less upset. I went in with a throughly researched style that I felt would work well for me. I looked for something that would be easy to maintain and wouldn’t require much styling (since I don’t style my hair ). I also wanted to keep some length, my hair was down to my shoulders maybe slightly past. I showed Christina the pictures, we discussed what I was looking for, how I didn’t style my hair, I wanted to keep my length, I didn’t want her to thin my hair to much ( I have thick hair). I knew I wasn’t going to have the exact same style as the photo, I wasn’t expecting that, but wanted it similar. Christina said she thought the style would be perfect for me, we discussed the length, the thinning, I told her I’d be ok going a little shorter in the back to make the style work, if she thought it was necessary. She got to work cutting my hair, at first everything seemed fine but after she began to blow dry and straighten my hair, I realized my hair was shorter than it should’ve been (I wear glasses, I can’t see at all w/o them) . She said she was going to clean it up and I was trying to understand what she meant, she began cutting more. She then said "I can’t find this piece of hair, it’s driving me crazy, I need a second set of eyes 👀 ". She left to get her boss, I put my glasses on and began to get upset. Wendy came over and I expressed this was not what I asked for, I was near tears. Wendy immediately stopped and asked me what I had asked for and I showed her the pictures and explained to her what I had said originally to Christina. During this Christina just quietly said "oh" and then disappeared to the back. Wendy did her best to fix my uneven and very bluntly chopped haircut. But I didn’t have much left to work with my hair ends now slightly above my jawline. It’s basically a very unevenly textured heavy ended bob. Not what I asked for, at all. Wendy was very accommodating, she tried to make it right and I am very appreciative of her efforts. She didn’t charge me for the cut, and offered for me to return so she could try to fix this as it grows out. I very much appreciate her offer, I will return, and in no way feel like this is a reflection on the salon specifically. I think they have great stylists working there. But the experience with Christina was highly disappointing. I explained to Wendy, I wasn’t upset as much as I was disappointed and while that was/is true, I guess after 3 days I’m a little more upset than I initially realized. I very rarely leave reviews but felt this experience warranted one. I’m giving 2 stars to reflect on my experience with Wendy’s customer service and her attempts to make things right.

Emily was amazing! Very nice, personable, and professional. Knew her stuff. Made me feel comfortable. My hair came out great! Not a negative thing to say about her or the salon, everyone was wonderful!

Makayla was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! This was our first time there, and we will 100% be back. Even before the appointment, I was so impressed — I received a message asking about hair history, a current photo, and an inspiration picture. That’s when I knew we were in the best hands and that they truly cared about achieving the best possible result. When we arrived, Makayla took the time to sit down, talk through different options, and then worked her magic. The final result completely exceeded our expectations! The color is absolutely beautiful, and my daughter’s hair feels so healthy and strong. You can tell Makayla truly takes pride in her work and won’t rush the process — she made sure everything was perfect. Thank you so much, Makayla! We couldn’t be happier!

Amazing all around. Salon was extremely clean and professional. Madison made my daughter feel right at home and loved the whole experience. Cut and styling was amazing. Madison had a great personality as well as knowledge for maintenance moving forward. We will be back for sure!

Makayla was EXCELLENT! Truly. She was personable, kind, attentive to detail, a great listener, patient, joyful, and did exactly what I asked while checking in through the whole process. She explained every single thing she was doing and truly served me as the customer. If I could give her a raise, I would!! I am VERY happy with my experience with Makayla!

MW hair studio is the best around! I go to Emily and I couldn’t recommend her enough, she is great at everything she does and she goes above and beyond for her clients. She makes you feel comfortable and happy during your appointment and you will go home feeling so beautiful. I highly recommend coming here and booking with Emily! I get a double process blonde and am in every five weeks and Emily does an excellent job at making sure my hair stays healthy and full while still achieving the perfect platinum blonde look that I love.
