Anaala Salon and Spa - Hilldale

This salon is very clean and lovely. The best salon in Madison. I was lucky I could meet Izzy here, she’s amazing! She washed my hair with gentle, skilled hands, using warm water and just the right amount of pressure for a relaxing scalp massage. She also applied several treatments to improve my hair’s condition. I truly enjoyed the whole experience with her and would definitely love to visit again!

Izzy is amazing! She cut both my sister’s hair and mine (we have very different textures, one of us very curly and one silky and straight) and we were both so happy with our cuts. Their prices are super reasonable and the salon is clean and gorgeous. Loved the complimentary drinks while waiting too.

I’ve been going to Jung for over 10 years. She is the best stylist in Madison for sure. I work in the hair industry and constantly get comments about my color! My hair is healthy and strong despite years of going blonde. I was just married in Scotland a few months ago and while I wasn’t able to bring her with me Jung helped me consult with my International stylists, and booked me a year in advance so that I could have the freshest color possible for my wedding. Not only that she’s a Vidal Sassoon trained cutting expert. My giant head of hair is unruly and requires detailed shaping to make sure it looks nice. She’s the best!

I cannot recommend Kara H enough. From haircuts to coloring to wedding day hair, she always nails it! She is so kind, caring and professional. I always feel comfortable in her chair as she knows exactly what she is doing. Love Anaala, love Kara and look forward to many more years coming here!

Lily is simply the best. She listens and takes time to check every detail. I’ve booked pedi’s, brow and lip waxes, and most recently a partial foil and haircut. No matter what service she provides she always takes time to listen and ensure the end result is what I wanted. I was nervous about dying my hair for the first time and I just wanted a little face framing color. She worked through the process so diligently. I also have tricky combination curly hair and she understood how to cut it so it all aligned. Bonus kudos for understanding my introvert personality and having a great balance of chatting and silence which I appreciate 🙂 Thank you, Lily!

Cassie is truly the best! Her personality is delightful. She's an incredible skilled esthetician and obvious perfectionist. Now that I've found her I wouldn't dare trust anyone else with my skincare needs <3
