The lady was super nice!!! Love my hair it is super soft now

Attached are photos of what I wanted and what I got, not only did I not get what I wanted, the hair stylist didn't change the cape between clients or change her equipment between clients. Her work station had a dirty towel full of hair from other clients, I didn't see any sanitation areas for the equipment. When she put the cape on me to begin the haircut it was still covered in hair from the past client, when I left I was covered in hair and didn't even know if it was mine. Her daughter I assume was the only one that spoke English and she told me my haircut was going to be $30 I ended up being charged $32.64 and I still left a $5 tip. Horrible experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Yo pedí capas nose que es esto 😭😭 I asked for layeres and even showed an inspo picture and she said yes I can do it 😭and gave me this for 1hour and 10min my hair was super long and told her the length I wanted it and she cut way more it took so long for me to grow my hair for her to do this 😭I believe her name is Irma she has short full gray hair I couldn’t even say nothing at the moment because I was so sad 😭the others look like they cut nice but this lady doesn’t 😭if she would’ve said no I cant do this style do you want another one it would’ve understandable and I would’ve just go a straight one so she wouldn’t have cut so much 😭the front side is worse

Was in Madera from out of town, but needed a haircut badly. María did an EXCELLENT job on my hair. She cut it exactly the way I asked, it ended up looking better than I expected. If I'm still here in 3 weeks, I will definitely come back. Best $25 (+$5 tip) I ever spent. Highly recommend. 👍

We called on the phone if they can do a walk in hair trim and they said yes , not even 5 minutes past and once we went inside they said none of them answered the phone and that they didn’t have time , that we can come tomorrow . Not to mention they messed my moms hair up bad after the lady said she can do what was in the inspo pic. Never going there again .

I went in for a layered haircut and gave me the exact opposite! She didn’t even give me a single layer and i even showed her a reference picture, she just cut my hair shorter. I wish i got a refund. Im never coming back here!

I got my hair done here and last time I went the lady got bleach on my eye. Omg it was a terrible experience, and to top it off I still payed full price. My eye was hurting and was extremely red the next 2 days.
