Chanda, owner Hairline has been taking care of my hair for years. Anytime I need my hair done . I can call her anytime and she will always tend to my hair care needs always professional and knowledgeable about hair care. Always provide good quality customer service every visit. I always feel at home when I visit. I moved out of the country and still come back to Chanda. Today I walked into Hairline salon. Head looking terrible. I walked out a new person and I love my hair and the texture. Thank you Chanda for your professionalism and dedication to your clients. ❤️

I booked an appointment with Iesha on Monday. I showed up and she was no where to be found after 30 minutes I called her she said she forgot. We rescheduled for Wednesday she insured me she got it wrote down and she will not forget. I arrive Wednesday for my appointment after 45 minutes again she did not show up. It was a very unprofessional experience and I will never return. I thought I found a great shop with me being new to the area but they are very unreliable.

I'm really picky about my hair HAIRLINES BEAUTY IS AMAZING!!!! They were very welcoming and sweet. The environment was really nice and relaxing. Mrs Kim is AWESOME!! I definitely recommend people to come here!🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

This salon is the best in town. Beverly Pitts left a legacy that will be honored for a lifetime. Chanda, Kim, Raul, and everyone who works within Hairline are incredible with what they do.

Mrs Pitts was very thorough and gave me a great consultation for my hair type. She has great products and her staff knew hair too and gave great insight on hair coloring and some hair changes I was thinking about. Will be going there weekly because I appreciate hair care and not just a stylist. Thanks Mrs pitts

Tay is extremely unprofessional, after declining service because she felt my boyfriend's hair wasn’t in a good enough condition to be repaired she texted me and proceeded to argue and be ghetto and disrespectful. She has a right to decline service but she doesn’t have a right to be arrogant disrespectful and behave like a hood rat. A photo is attached of her foolishness!

This is my second time having to call this salon on a last minute search after missing appointment with another stylist or didn’t make one and being turn down causes the stylist has a short day anybody know me know my hair is something I take proud in when I go to an event or me and my other half want me to be my best I tell you this salon has never let me down they get me in when you step in the environment is just so welcoming and you are assisted salon is clean very professionally and the young Lady who Shampoo lord knows she got skills I know the owners daughters and they both are so sweet yes this salon is on my 10 best Salon list in Macon
