DON'T RECOMMEND! I don't usually write reviews especially bad ones, but I deserved better service for the price I paid, and this is the only way I can let the owner and future customers know. The outcome of my hair was good, she braids really well. However, my experience wasn't pleasant. I had an appointment, and I called two hours before my appointment to confirm. She said yes come on the agreed time, but when I got there she already took two walk-ins. The place is too small and there were too many people when I walked in. I had to go back to my car because there was not place to sit and wait. I came back after an hour and she started on my hair. I showed her the style; it took her 4-5 hours and she charged me more. The same hairstyle in a different hair salon charged less and took them 2hours. She tried to accommodate everyone so she was constantly interrupted. She ones moved me to an uncomfortable chair to accommodate another customer- I was not pleased with that. There was no AC and the TV was too loud and there were more and more customers coming. I felt really uncomfortable and considering the situation with COVID there were no accommodations. For those planning to visit, know that she braids well but the environment is not comfortable and it takes much longer. NOT GOING BACK!

Beyond professional you feel welcomed the warmth atmosphere and positive vibe. The owner and her staff are very friendly. Been getting hair braided close to a year now and NEVA been disappointed. The owner knows her stuff about hair truly puts her passion in it. Reasonable prices and in and out in timely manner.

I have been there 3 times and I am never ever ever disappointed! My first visit I got medium triangle part box braids, then I went up a size to jumbo box braids the next visit. I am currently sitting in the chair getting my passion twist finished up and the results are just sooooo amazing. This has been the greatest hair experience for me by far and I would recommend anyone to come here if you want the desired slayed to the Gods! Not to mention, my edges are always fleeky before I leave the salon. They definitely take their time and have pride in their work that very well shows. Everyone here is so kind and conversational. Plus they also have hair here for sale if you don’t have time to stop at a beauty supply. Just book your appointment already! You won’t be disappointed that’s for sure ☺️☺️

This place was amazing. Very reasonably priced. I did my hair as well as my 4 yr. Old twins' hair. They were extremely patient and that's important when it comes to children. I was quite pleased with my overall experience. They have new customers because we will be back and I've been telling people about this place!!!

I had amazing experience in the salon, it was painless, women were really nice, the price was not high! My braids look like how l imagined them to look, everything was perfect.Highly recommend 🙂
