Anny’s Hair Design

Unprofessional. Late. Lack of respect for customers. Appointment made for 9am on Sunday 9/29. The owner Anny who was the one styling for this appointment showed up 3 hours late at 12:30pm to then begin the hair appointment for a simple Dominican blow out. No other stylist took the customer or offered to take them in since the owner was 3 hours late. Customer had to start the appointment and leave with a deep treatment, because they already had plans for their day and did not anticipate the owner being 3 hours late, no notice or explanation. Customer returned to the salon to finish the service and had to pay prior to finishing because the owner was leaving early. I’m writing this review at 3pm same day and the customer is still at the salon under the dryer. Anny this is very unprofessional and shows such a lack of respect for your customer. Very disappointed. Edit: The response for the owner is untruthful. The owner made the appointment at 9am and did not notify the customer a change or that they would late. Las respuesta de la dueña no es la verdadera. Ella eso las cita para la 9am hace dos semanas y cuando yo llame hoy para reclamar la asistente me dijo "usted tiene razón" y "la dueña no vive en Lynn por eso ella estaba tarde" Anny, es una falta de respeto para con tu cliente y encima de eso tratar de pintar algo diferente en tu respuesta.

Best experience I ever had going to a salon my God !! Anny was so professional her staff as well.they exceeded my expectations and I got exactly what I wanted! Did my hair with Anny , my nails with Odalis ! pedicure with July, came out feeling and looking brand new!!! thank you so so much!!!!!

Best salon in the area! Fun relaxing, and completely complete.... all types of procedures for hair. Pedicure manicure, brows and much more. My favorite place to get prettier 😍 💕

Es el mejor salón de Lynn , te cuidan tu cabello , son profesionales todas muy amables te sientes acogida un buen ambiente en todo los sentidos , todas son buenas en sus área , sobre todo Anny’s peina excelente ! Lo recomiendo al 100% no lo duden en ir , busque un salón en Lynn por ser nueva y no pude encontrar uno mejor 😍🥰

Excelente servicio, Anny es súper carismática, atenta, súper servicial, siempre buscando la necesidad de la clienta para que se valla satisfecha al hora de recibir su servicio… El salón es 1A y las chicas todas súper profesionales…
