I went in to see Brittney for a cut and color and showed her an inspiration photo that was like the first picture attached. After 4.5 hours I walked out with my hair as red as it gets. The roots did not flow well at all with the rest of my hair and it was clearly not what I asked for. I decided to reach out to Brittney to ask for a refund after 2 other hairstylists that I know suggested that I do so. Upon asking Brittney if I could receive a refund she said she does not issue refunds, but I could come in and she could darken it and adjust the root color. Which to me, was again the total opposite of what I was going for. I did not want to let her touch my hair again. So after paying $220 I had to go pay another stylist $265 to strip my hair of the red and get it as close as possible to the color I was wanting. I never leave negative reviews, but I don’t want anyone to experience the same thing.

The first time I ran in as a walk-in emergency (my now husband had cut my hair) and Brittney was honest and did the best she could. For my wedding she styled my hair, was very thoughtful and preserved until I was happy with it! Tyna did my nails beautifully and is a great listener! About to go back for other treatments…this is the place to go!!!

Adella Luther is a very patient, talented, and professional hairstylist. I went to this salon with a very challenging hair color change! She took her time, careful not to damage my hair, and accomplished the hair color goal! Highly recommend Adella!!! Not to mention, the salon was clean, easy to find, and had some cute items!!!

Receptions is extremely rude. If she acts like that over the phone I don’t see how she keeps business. Ms. "I’m only 38!" You can tell a lot about a company by the person who answers the phone. Runnnn

Elizabeth Hodges at Designers Group Salon is THE BEST!!! I have had a lot of trouble finding someone who could cut my thick hair the way I like it, but Elizabeth gets it. She does an amazing job with layers, and she is a super sweet person. The salon is clean and bright and pleasant, scheduling is easy, and prices are reasonable.

I had a great 1st time experience with Stephanie Garcia! She took her time to explain everything I needed to know on how to get my hair healthy and keep it that way! I never color my hair because I don't always have the time to take care of it how I should, so I choose not to do color. She explained and showed me pictures of different ideas that don't require as much maintenance, I LOVE what she suggested and did to my hair!!! I will definitely being going back! Thanks again Stephanie for the awesome experience and new change!

Kaylee was SO great with my hair and really fun to talk to. As someone with THICK Indian hair that makes any stylist nervous when I keep asking to thin it out, Kaylee listened to everything I asked for. She was so gentle with my hair and was just so pleasant to work with!! I can honestly say Kaylee is definitely one of 3 people I can actually say I LOVED my cut with!
