I went here to get my hair washed and left with my edges on the floor and heat damage. This has happened twice with the fair skinned Jamaican stylist. Even asked her to use heat protectant and be gentle but she didn’t do either. Please beware.

I have been a customer of Vibes Salon for over 3 years. Kamala the owner is very sweet and often provides great tips on hair maintenance. I have had my hair done by most of the staff, usually its box braids or cornrows. Prices have become a slightly more expensive over the years.All the hairdressers are very talented and knowledgable about hairstyles, and products I was very pleased with my experience. I love their new spacious location and endless options for hair colors with the attached hair store.

Great shop supplies-wise, but have come multiple times at 9 (when it says the shop opens) and no one is there to run the register until 10 or the doors are locked and no one is there.

Positive experience at Vibes Salon. Kim, the hairstylist, did my hair. She did an amazing job. They also have all the beauty supplies that you may need from hair extensions, to make-up products etc... Will definitely go back!

Elizabeth did my son's hair. Very nice, professional and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend her and staff there. Parking is horrible but besides that A+.

I’m giving three stars cause my hair looked decent. As someone on here said, they treat you like you’re a burden. I called two days prior to my appointment, asked on the phone, if they did passion twist, or braids with ghana weaving in front, they said yes. But the style needs to be seen before a price is determined. I asked for range, they said $120-180 depending on length and style. Tell me why when i got in, this lady, Kim I think, she called me before 12, i was already driving to them and she asked if I could come in earlier. I got there, she asked me if I ordered weave? I said absolutely not, so the person who booked my appointment on the phone relayed a wrong message which means the wrong person was available for my hair. Anyways, Kim was the one doing my hair apparently, she was on the phone talking to someone, she didn’t even give me her full attention, it felt like i was intruding when she asked me to come in before 12. She wasn’t helpful, i asked her for styles and prices, she started blaming person who took my appointment on the phone with me. Didn’t show me good thoughts about teamwork or even spoke on misinformation. Kinda disappointing, we finally chose the style. Tell me why into the hair she decided to tell me she wanted to eat. Meanwhile she called to ask if I came in early. Then mid way, she also left without a word. My head hurts cause of how painful the hand is with the crotchet. Talk about also the unnecessary payment of hair that was unplanned. My friend recommended this place to me, have to say, i won’t be visiting. It’s not good feeling for customers to not feel welcomed. Also just a disclaimer, there was a woman with colored braids that was helpful to a point, never got her name, so thank you!

I Took My Baby Girl To Get Her Hair Done In Single Braids Yesterday Everyone Was Very Welcoming You Can Even Purchase Hair From The Salon If You Don’t Have Time To Get None.! The Hairdresser Was Very Gentle With My Baby As She Was Washing And Braiding Her Hair.! The Price Of My Baby Hair Was Great..! Thanks Again We Will Be Back.!
