Got my hair done here maybe a year or two ago and just wanted to sit on my experience. This place is okay for fast haircuts and trims. It was busy at the time of my appointment so everything felt rushed. When asked how I wanted my hair, I mentioned I had a photo (really long wispy, disconnected layers). The example was thick hair like mine so figured it was doable. Stylist only looked at it for a few seconds, so at that point, I just accepted I'd end up with regular layers. Instead, my hair turned out choppy. Length also ended up much shorter than agreed (3-4 inches). After paying and asking if I was all set, the receptionist gave me a random giggle. I guess teens just being teens? But that just kind of topped everything off. Overall was really disappointed as I was hoping they'd at least be familiar with thick Asian hair. Probably not the best place if you need any sort of specialty.

Trang always does fabulous work. I went in today and asked for multiple layers but before cutting my hair, she reassured me where my longest and shortest lengths would be to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend her every single time!

I rarely give ratings and reviews, but this is a GREAT SERVICING hair salon. From shampooing head massages, waxing hair removals, and GREAT haircuts. You will NOT be disappointed. Linh and Michelle are the best barbers. Le is wonderful and gentle with your waxing needs. I HIGHLY recommend.

Well went their got a. Hair cut they did okk job told the lady wat I want she couldn't understand me. But probably because I'm Spanish and my hair was coarse they were very nice but good service

Pictures tell it all. Michelle knew exactly what I wanted. Her expertise and advice were phenomemal. Highly recommend this place, good prices, and accepted a walk-in. Service was quick and well done.

Had a humulitating experience today. I came in with a baby for his first hair cut and confirmed with the owner (I think she was the owner) that they could cut his hair. Waited about 1.5 hrs (give or take, we weren’t keeping track). Finally it was our turn and a different lady seated us at her chair. She instructed me how to hold my baby, and I proceeded to do as instructed. Yet she began to chastise me loudly and repeatedly that I needed to hold my baby and complained how could she cut his hair if he kept moving. Obviously, we all are trying but a baby gets wiggly, requires patience from all of us and was already tired from waiting so long. Her loud, rude and inappropriate behavior brought me to tears in a room full of customers. I was getting up to leave even though my baby’s hair was unfinished and a mess; the owner intervened to calm the situation down and offered to cut my baby’s hair instead after she was done with client. We waited a little while, but did end up leaving as I was already very upset from the whole situation. To be fair, the owner and the young lady at the front desk were very nice, but the stylist who we had was terrible and didn’t even apologize for it. I was assured that they could cut his hair when I walked in or else I wouldn’t have waited so long. We won’t be going back.

Absolutely do NOT go here if you care even a little about your hair. She completely ruined my hair right before one of the most important events of my life. I showed her a reference photo three times, told her she was going too short, and she still kept cutting, then had the nerve to blame me for not being clear. Totally unprofessional, rude, and made the whole session super uncomfortable. Never again.
