I'm super disappointed with the services Shirin provided me as a client . Let me explain , As my first time as a client I booked an appointment for highlights ..I got there on time and had to wait for her pass 30 minutes of my appointment because she was with another client ..I waited patiently because I really wanted my hair done .. Couple of months after I booked my second appointment and same thing I had to wait for her over 30 minutes ..Third time I booked an appointment for hair coloring ..her assistant started coloring my hair and I was confused because I was there for Shirin not for someone else to do my hair someone I don't know if she has experience in coloring hair ..I was never asked if it was okay for her to color my hair .. when it was time to wash my hair her assistant washed it and asked Shirin if she wants to take a look at my hair and she replied no its ok that's when I knew something was wrong and this hair stylist is no where near professional ..my hair was suppose to be a medium brown it came out red with black spots and yellow and orange colors ..when I asked this is it? Shirin tried convincing me that it was about the same of what I was asking for...which it was not what I wanted , everything of this hair process was horrible her assistant did my hair without my consent Shirin didn't even bother taking a look at it .whatever I paid for it still because I'm humble and respectful person when I paid i gave her the amount ..I knew I would have to speak to her on the side to not embarrass her regarding the bad services ..I asked her for another appointment so she could please fix my hair because she was charging me a very high price for something knower near worth 30 dollars for some weird reason she has always kept my change without trying to give me my change back in return she automatically kept it as a tip and never said thank you she gave me an appointment I was receiving messages a week before my appointment confirmation which I reply I will be there at that time .. I got there 20 minutes early texted her at the appointment time we had set up no reply I go in and waited for her outside her door she had another client I waited for pass 45 minutes I go in and said hello I'm here I been waiting pass my appointment she said ok can u please wait 15 minutes I'm almost done with my client which that was not true her client had aluminum foils on her hair for highlights I'm so unsatisfied with her services she is knower near humble and on point she don't understand people have other things to do threw out the day and cant be waiting for her for almost an hour past their appointment time she keeps your change as an automatic tip ?? like who do you think you are ?doing that to people ?DONT GET FOOLED BECAUSE HER SALON IS IN BEVERLY HILLS HER SERVICES ARENT AS GREAT AS IT LOOKS SHES ALWAYS LATE KEEPS YOUR TIPS AND IF YOUR HAIR DIDNT COME OUT HOW YOU WERE PROMISED SHE DOSENT HAVE SYMPHATY TO TRY TO FIX IT … SHE DIDNT EVEN RETURNED MY MONEY OR TRY TO HELP ME FIX IT I TRY TO UNDERSTAND BECAUSE I HAVE ALWAYS PAID WHAT IS COST FOR HIGHLIGHTS AROUND 300 AND SOMETHING ALMOST 400 AND ALWAYS THERE ON TIME I DONT UNDERSTAND SHE ALWAYS TREATED HER OTHER CLIENTS VERY WELL EXCEPT FOR ME I DONT KNOW IF IT WAS BECAUSE IM HISPANIC .. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
