What a great experience at Juan Juan Salon! Especially because of Kinga, my hairdresser. She is so wonderful, talented, nice and professional. She did such a great job cutting and styling my hair. She listened to me and did exactly what I wanted and of course gave me excellent recommendations to achieve even a better result. I love my new look. I couldn’t recommend her more! When I asked for a second toner, she happily agreed without hesitation and made sure everything looked perfect. The end result was absolutely beautiful—my hair has never looked this good! I had a very disappointing experience at Juan Juan Salon in Brentwood, which resulted in serious damage to my hair, the kind that cannot be easily corrected by another professional. I reached out to the salon and asked them to fix the issue or provide a refund. While they did issue a partial refund, the response from management was unprofessional and included threats of legal action simply for voicing my complaint. I’ve filed a formal complaint with the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology and requested an inspection of their licenses and products. Also, I’d like to ask: Has anyone else been charged extra by Elie for using a credit card? Please message me privately if you’ve had a similar experience or have filed a complaint. I’m currently consulting with a lawyer and gathering further information.
