I've been coming here for almost a year now, and I've always had an excellent experience when the owner cuts my hair. However, this time I needed a haircut urgently and got a last minute slot, so I got a different stylist. Julie (I believe) clearly doesn't know how to cut short styles as she completely butchered the style I've had going ever since I started coming to CLE Hair in May of 2024. She didn't come close to the photo I showed, or even close to what I came into the salon with. I asked her to keep the length in the back and that was the first thing to go. I'm really disappointed because I've built a lot of trust in CLE and was let down this time. I'll continue coming, but no one but the owner will be cutting my hair from now on. Really hoping my hair grows quickly.

I asked for a hair cut and got messed up. I had to go to different salon to fix my hair. I don't think she knew how to design short hair. They said they wouldn't get paid, but I had to regrow my hair, and the designer kept saying there was miscommunication

one of the best haircuts of my life for easily the best price! I have really long hair and most salons will charge over $100 just to trim, but my cut here was half the price!

My daughter and I were very satisfied with our new hairs! Sadly I forgot to take pics of myself but I covered my gray with light colors. My daughter got a ombré+balayage that turned out better then we thought and she loved it. May is very professional and nice. Love her personality as well! I’ll definitely come back soon!

My mom and I got our hair cut, but the stylist didn’t seem to know how to handle short hair. We asked for layers, but they weren’t done well. On top of that, they cut my hair unevenly—making the right side longer than the left. When I got home, I had to fix it myself. They didn’t seem confident in layering, and even though I just wanted a simple trim while keeping my hairstyle’s shape, they ended up over-layering it. When my mom asked for a little more to be trimmed, the stylist got irritated, muttered under their breath, and pulled her hair too hard. Big no for this place.

Honestly, I almost never leave reviews, but I hope this one helps someone. I had long, thick hair, and I asked for a layered cut to give it some shape. However, the result was completely different from what I wanted. They cut my hair way shorter than I asked for and didn’t follow my instructions. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the stylist simply said, "Hair grows," which I found very unprofessional. Now I feel like I barely have any hair left, and I deeply regret going there. To make things worse, my hair is wavy, and I know that once the temporary straightening wears off (which will be soon), it’s going to look even worse. It was a very disappointing experience, and I honestly wouldn’t recommend it at all. I leave you a photo of my hair before (the girl on the left) and after
