Most of them were very nice. The owners were great. But they couldn’t get my color right. I went back three times and had to take a FULL day off work so I could spend the full day there. I’d been doing my hair for years. Never had a problem. They had to bleach three times! and I have dirty blond to begin with. I have horrible breakage and never got good color. I asked three times before my first appointment. " you really thing you can get this color" oh yes!!! $190 it cost, and a full days pay. Another $90. Color lasted one week - and it’s a month later- the breakage is BAD. I WAS NOT GOING to give a negative review. Ship happens. But man the breakage is the final straw. People need to know. Ok for cutting. Not for color.

Steve has got such a talent. He gave me the absolute best hair cut I’ve ever gotten in Longview. He takes his time and is a perfectionist which I admire in a hair dresser. All of the other ladies in the salon are always very friendly. I’d recommend Steve at CS to anyone in East Texas.

Jace is the best! He does a great Keratin treatment, covers my grays, gives me highlights. I always love the way my hair looks when I leave there.

Jace did an amazing job with my hair! He was so gentle, and did exactly what I wanted! Very very happy and I will be back for sure!
