Bailey was awesome, excellent skill, very personable and reassuring. I felt so comfortable with Bailey and am looking forward to having found a great stylist after many years of searching and trying various salons and stylists.

Great customer service by all, and stylist (Mercy), created the exact haircut that I asked for. I really appreciated her kindness, professionalism, and concern for doing a good job. She made my day! I will definitely be back again.

I originally gave it a good review, but the more I look at my hair the more I realize not all the split ends were cut and the face framing pieces are super choppy, going to another salon tomorrow to see if they can do anything or if I just need to grow it out. When doing the wash they were constantly leaning over me to reach stuff in the cabinet and I definitely felt they were going to drop stuff on me. They also didn’t look at what I had booked so I almost didn’t get the conditioning treatment until I reminded them of it at the front. It was an ok experience and I know I should have kept my expectations lower because I did chose a super cuts. Probably won’t be going again and it’s not worth the money. Stylist was very kind.

I did not have a good experience. I saw Anthony. I asked for blonde highlights (my hair had blonde highlights already so he knew the color I was looking for) and they came out brassy. He put in some more highlights to try to fix it- still brassy. I was there for 3 hours and it was super odd because he did not engage in ANY conversation with me. I went to the Boulder location to have it fixed. It was saved, thank goodness. There were 3 colors and they couldn’t figure out what on earth he did.

Bailey made feel important and she took care my care. It needed some care and came looking fabulous. Went shopping afterwards and got two compliments on the color. Congratulations to both. I would highly recommend her and location is clean, well stocked with product and very nice atmosphere.

Bailey was so fantastic! Very intuitive with my little boy. I adored their handmade station decorations, made it feel very happy to be sitting there. They listened very well to what I wanted but also let my son speak his mind about it. Will ask for Bailey by name when we return.

My son (14) was completely changing his style. He saw Mercy at Longmont Supercuts. He described what he wanted and showed Mercy a couple pictures. Mercy did a great job clarifying throughout the haircut process. As a result of Mercy taking the time to understand and clarify, my son walked out with exactly the kind of cut he envisioned. He loves the cut and is very happy! Way to go Mercy! Thanks for taking the time to listen to a 14 year old. You are the best!
