Just moved to Longmont and it’s always challenging finding someone to trust with my curly hair. I did the curl lab with Sahara, who has naturally curly hair herself, and am so glad I did. She was friendly, personable and wanted my feedback and input throughout the whole cut. I really appreciated that a few times she made suggestions on what she thought would work best with my face shape and hair type because she’s the pro…not me. The studio itself was beautiful, lively, spacious and everyone was kind. I’ll definitely be back.

The quality of service at Studio Boom is beyond excellent. I’ve been coming to this salon for quite some time now for both highlights and haircuts, and I truly couldn’t be happier. The team is consistently professional, welcoming, and incredibly talented. They always take the time to listen and make sure the cut and color are exactly what I’m looking for—and the results are always beautiful. I also bring my two daughters here, which says a lot. They are just as patient, kind, and thoughtful with them, making each visit a positive and comfortable experience. It’s so nice to have one salon we trust for the whole family. Highly recommend to anyone looking for expert styling, great service, and a warm, friendly atmosphere.

Needed to find a stylist for short hair and Logan was recommended. He was fantastic and helped me learn how to style my hair while it’s growing out. I definitely made a return appointment! Thanks so much! The staff was welcoming and friendly! Easy to find location. Parking seems like it can get busy with the other businesses around. There’s beverages offered while you wait. Great place!

Studio Boom Longmont is a brilliant little hair salon. I'm someone who loves to dye my hair vivid colors, but bleaching my hair at home has caused me more frustration in recent years. I would have to go back and rebleach sections, discover I'd completely missed a section, and chaos ensued. Hence the Bleach Retouch service. I was so surprised to hear that I'm one of the only people to take advantage of this offering. Molly (Level 2) is phenomenal, my hair feels so healthy and lifts so perfectly with her. If you are someone who loves vivids at home and is sick and tired of the bleach upkeep, PLEASE come here! Beyond Molly's expertise, the vibe in this salon is so supportive and lovely. I have also seen Olivia and Brooke, both wonderful ladies. Olivia made my hair look so swoopy and cool, and didn't make me feel bad for my overprocessed home dye job! I really get the sense that the staff are friends and cheer each other on at every corner. Such great energy ♥️

She has transformed my natural black hair into a platinum blonde while keeping it healthy, and she’s honestly a wizard when it comes to hair. I've been a client since the doors of Studio Boom opened, and it has been the best 22 year hair experience I've ever had....and I have had many! The owners always maintain a friendly atmosphere, evidenced by their welcoming front desk and interactions with the clients. It excites me to arrive for my appointments! I followed Carissa and Dean from Boulder to Longmont as I have been their client for 30+ years. Always the best cut and color, but a bonus has been a relationship of complete honesty and trust.
