I really appreciate when I find a GREAT hairstylist. For many years we look around our town without any luck. We are so happy we found Gaby. She never disappoint and my teenager son LOVES his haircut ALWAYS. Every single time Gaby does an excellent haircut. Keep up the great job Gaby.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting, and I can't say enough about how wonderful the experience was. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. And the hairstylist Claudia was very attentive to their clients' needs and preferences. My stylist took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered valuable suggestions, overall a really good experience.

Claudia and Maxi Salon is the BEST!!! I called and was in need of some serious help with my hair. I’m typically blonde with some gray and had dyed my hair dark brown. My hair was a mess! I called and spoke to Annabelle who was an absolute sweetheart. She asked me to come in that day so Claudia could see my hair. A week later I came in and Claudia worked her magic! She turned my dark and gray into a beautiful blonde and I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair. 🥰Claudia was wonderful throughout the entire process. The price was reasonable as well! I’m looking forward to having a long term relationship with my new stylist Claudia in which I can come in every couple of months, say "Claudia, please fix me", or "let’s do something new!" and she’ll take care of it. I recently moved to the area and needed a new colorist and was hoping this would be the place. Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience. The stylist Claudia put bleach on part of my roots at the back of my head, then left it without applying bleach to the rest of my roots. After 30 minutes, she rinsed that and bleached the roots at the front of my head. At this point, my scalp was screaming. I became really concerned over what damage it could be causing because she didn't bleach it all at once and left it for so long. In all my years getting this type of vivid color, it usually only takes my hair 15 minutes to lift super light and the stylist will usually bleach everything at once. The colour was fine but, again, the technique she used was strange. She only colored my roots. When I reminded her I wanted all over color, she said the rest of my hair needed only 15 minutes. I have been having my hair dyed for several years now and never have I been told that. I urged her to apply all the color and she did, thankfully. I will note that she missed a part of my hairline by my ear though. Again the color is fine, but because of her bleaching technique, some of my roots are still dark. It seems like she didn't apply the bleach all the way to the scalp in some places so I'm pretty disappointed. She told me she had a seven day policy for corrections so I called her. She told me that the color must be fading which I refuted as it's been less than a week since I've been there and (don't judge me) I haven't washed it yet besides dry shampoo! She then said my hair must have already begun growing out. At that point, I realized that she wasn't willing to fix it or listen. I won't be returning. She was really nice during the appointment but I just don't think she has the technique or experience for vivid colors.

Claudia dyed my hair for me, she did an amazing job and I am beyond happy with my end result. I recommend anyone to go to her salon. Everyone there is very nice and friendly and it’s a great environment to be around. The quality is superb and she took very close care to make sure my hair stayed healthy and looked amazing. You won’t regret going to Maxi!

I am very grateful to Alejandro and Maxi Salon for getting me in so quickly and fixing my hair. I was very stressed and I couldn't believe what Alejandro was able to do to fix the situation. I went to this salon in August to get my hair permed. They examined my hair prior to making an appointment because I have very fine thin hair and was told that I could safely get it permed. Not only was the process so painful that I got a migraine from all the the hair pulling and was in tears before I left, it also took a very long time (I wanted a loose spiral) which I understand it takes time, I am only mentioning the time because of the pain that had to be endured with the migraine hitting in the middle of it. All of this and the perm did not last past the first shampoo (with the exception of one strip in the back) which I waited an agonizing 4 days to do, it also fried my hair. My hair has been breaking off and shedding like a husky in spring ever since. I am now having to get a short haircut (it was almost to the middle of my back) due to the damage this perm caused. My hair grows extremely slow and I loved the fact it was finally as long as it is. I am very frustrated that this is what I need to do. I am only now writing the review because I was so upset before that I just did not want to deal with it, even though my family kept telling me to go back in. My question was why go back in, the damage is done, it can't be fixed. They fried my hair and there is no fixing that. However I do want to warn anyone with very fine and thin hair to not go to this salon for a perm, the obviously do not know how to work with this type of hair texture.
