salon under new ownership as of mid 2025. stylists and previous owners Khan & Richie (two stylists comfortable and great with curly hair 🙂 are both no longer at this salon. new owner appears skilled with men’s /straight haired cuts. fyi door is often locked but salon is still open you just need to knock. reasonable prices. limited parking if that is a concern.

Richie was so kind and did such a great job. I’ve been cutting my own hair this whole pandemic and it was a MESS. I was so afraid to finally get a professional to cut it (because of how bad it was), but I’m so glad I went. It’s so much better now. Will definitely be going back regularly for trims!

Excellent experience. I was visiting Long Beach and needed to spend a few hours in the area before my appointment. Look for a Salon in the area and based on the reviews I selected this place. It was great, Rich is polite and very skill. My daughter also got a haircut (photo) and was happy with the results. The place is clean and the area appears to be safe. Highly recommended.

STOP SCROLLING AND READ THIS! I PROMISE YOU WILL THANK ME LATER!!! THIS IS THE SALON YOU'RE LOOKING FOR! I was not asked to write this or anything like that. I didnt even know this place existed before a few hours ago. I just had my first ever appointment today. I called and five minutes later was there getting seen. This is as genuine as a review can get. I just want to see this man get the recognition he deserves and also help other people to have the incredible experience I just did. HE DID AN AMAZING JOB!! I LEFT THAT SALON FEELING SO CONFIDENT AND LIKE A DIFFERENT PERSON! I am still riding that high. This really was life changing. His prices are super low. He should really charge more. - I gave him a hundred dollar tip because it was that great of an experience. And I dont have money like that- Help me get this man the recognition he deserves. Just go give him a chance to change your life too. You only have to see him once to know you will never want to go anywhere else. You won't find better service, a better stylist, or a better environment. BEST SALON EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Had such a great experience here. I was looking for a new hairstylist since I moved from the east coast. I live in LA and was looking around Ktown, but the prices were way too steep. I drove all the way to Long Beach for this place. I showed Khan a few photo references and she mimicked it exactly. I love my haircut so much! And the best part was she washed, cut and styled my hair in under an hour. That is so fast considering my natural hair is curly, thick and lots of layers. Can’t wait to come back when my hair grows out.

Iff you want your hair cut.or styled in a stress free, relaxing environment than this is the place. Upon entering the salon is warm sun light and calm atmosphere. . Khan , the owner, is soft spoken and automatically makes you feel relaxed. She asks what you're looking for in the cut, and listens exclusively to what you desire. She never has the place full of people because I believe she likes to give each customer their own time with 100 % dedication to what they want. When I wanted layers but to keep length it was done with precision and care and was under $50. Where can you find that with an excellent stylist. Also I stumbled upon her salon when looking for an elderly friend who needed cut and color. She took her I'm open arms and my friend loved the color and cut results. It's hard to find places that don't just cater to the young. I would highly recommend.
