Janelle is lovely. I looked for someone I liked for several years. I just couldn’t find my person. Then I found Janelle and I’ve been going to her for several years now. She’s easy to talk to but also lets you take the lead if you just want to relax and not talk. She always remembers details from my life so I feel like I’m not just another client to her. She also knows hair, I have always gotten my hair layered until she recommended not doing that anymore and I love it. I just kept doing the same thing for so many years that I didn’t even question it. But she respectfully gives her opinion and shares her knowledge. She’s so flexible and never gets upset if I have to reschedule because sometimes life just lifes. She also does a great head massage after my deep conditioning, I could fall asleep. I highly recommend her, she’s a kind person who knows what she’s doing.

I had such a great experience with Abbie! She was very thorough in asking questions on what style and color I desired. She was so sweet and accommodating throughout the appointment. It was one of the best salon experiences I have had. My full blonde highlight is so beautiful and I highly recommend going to Abbie!

Very disappointed with this saloon, we came on vacation and I was looking forward to do my hair with my son’s girlfriend. After searching for a while I thought that I found it. Went there to get an appointment for cut color and conditioning, I asked for someone experienced with my hair type and I wanted red color and showed her the picture, asked for a late appointment so we can do stuff with my family. I called in for my son’s girlfriend appointment. On my appointment day: I sat on hair, everything went so fast, I was trying to be nice and polite with the lady that did my hair, it was the end of the day and she was tired, I shouldn’t have been scheduled with her. She couldn’t do what I asked for, was very bad. My son’s girlfriend hair came nice and her appointment was at 2 pm Mine at 6 and I finished before her and was the worst color I have seen on me, next day we went back and had them wash it off. My husband went with me and was really upset. For a high end salon you should listen to your clients and give them all a good treatment, we spend a lot of money in there $800 but I came out crying and very unhappy. Thank God I went to another salon and got my hair fixed and colored beautifully, got the best treatment even though it was just a simple salon. Will never recommend your establishment

I had such a great experience here with Abbie. I’m very picky about my highlights because they usually turn out brassy/too dark, but she absolutely nailed the color I wanted. Her service was amazing - she made me feel comfortable, listened to exactly what I wanted, and the whole appointment felt easy and relaxed. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I have been going to Abbie Otte for a few months now and she is the absolute best! She reached out before my first appointment to ask questions and get me prepped. I literally know nothing about hair but I had a vision and she executed it perfectly! She always takes her time and does such a great job. The salon itself is really clean and inviting. Highly recommend!!

Abbie gave me a haircut and I went back for a trim a couple of months later and she's amazing! What I wanted was kind of specific and she made it happen! I definitely recommend her 🙂
