My daughter has beautiful curly hair, we have struggled to find a stylist that understands her specific needs and is patient with her questions. Paetra was especially kind and helped guide my teenage daughter through some hair care tips. She loved the final result and is loving her curls again. Would definitely recommend Paetra's services!

I’ve been seeing Isabelle Hesson for a couple of years now and each time I leave the salon, I am more and more amazed with her work. She is great at having in depth consultations and is also good about keeping my expectations realistic for my current hair and hair goals. The salon is cute and the other staff I’ve interacted with are friendly and professional as well.

Went to Sweet Jane based on its high rating here. Wow. Isabel did some color on me that took a decade off my looks, but used semi-permanent color so I won't have to deal with regular touch ups. I got a nice blunt cut as well with some hidden body layers, her own special trick. It was so affordable that I was able to give a 25% tip and still came out paying less than I expected. Salon is in a charming historic building. Excellent place.

Isabelle is great. I've had so many bad experiences with haircuts I really don't enjoy making appointments but I wanted a short cut. A bunch of people told me to go here and I finally made an online appointment and tried to message with what I'd be doing, she called me to confirm and discuss what I wanted because it was a big change and wanted to make sure I had enough time for it and then she took her time during the appointment and walked me through it all because I was going super long to super short. I am so happy with my haircut, I have never been more happy with a salon experience. Seriously the best

Dominique gave me one of the best cuts of my life. She was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice on what to use for shampooing and conditioning my hair and how often to just rinse based on what I need. She is clearly very passionate about her profession and that is refreshing for sure. I loved how my hair looked when I left along with how it smelled, and I was in a better mood than when I came in. That's customer service at it's finest. I've been here twice thus far and been very impressed both times. Would recommend to anyone.

I visited Sweet Jane as a new-to-town bride and they took excellent care of me on my wedding day, and now go there regularly as a customer. The only experience of note that I have to share involves the first time I got my hair colored. I had never colored my hair before, so I didn't really know what to expect. I was hoping for a big change, but the stylist seemed very reluctant. I spent over $100 and nearly 3 hours there that afternoon, and when I got home realized my hair didn't look any different AT ALL. I was very upset, and my husband convinced me to call and go back in the next day. I reluctantly returned and the stylist informed me she was so glad I came back because she didn't think what she had did the day before would work, because she didn't have the product she wanted to use on hand. What? So if I wouldn't have said anything, she would have just let me pay over $100 for nothing? LUCKILY she was fantastic and "fixed" it by redoing my hair with the correct product at no additional cost. I'm just glad I went back in. Turned out exactly like I had originally wanted. Note to all customers: don't be afraid to go back in and clarify what you want to get your desired results. They are all great stylists and I will still be a loyal customer.
