So accommodating. I needed a service done that would’ve taken longer than the highlight or balyage time slot service for my baby shower (color correction/move up). Anna reached out to me and offered a free service in exchange for sitting in as a hair model for her current stylists. Anna also gave me a hair cut and a free hair mask. Very kind and nice atmosphere.

I don't think I've ever had such a humiliating experience getting a haircut, when I arrived it's just Alondra and I in the salon, I was rescheduled from a 2pm slot to a 415 slot and thankfully I had the time but got a text at 350 saying to come in now so I texted the number back that I was actively on the way the service Alondra provided took 8 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I left. 408-417pm To pay and all, i left with MUCH shorter hair than I had shown her in the inspiration photos. 8 minutes is insane to me. when I called to book, I explained I was driving in from out of town and would like a curly cut, this is my first time at sisu and the woman I spoke to who booked me explained my options and I chose the dry to wet cut, which includes a shampoo and deep conditioning treatment in the description on the site. I was SHOCKED when she cut my hair so quickly and then just offered to spray water on my hair to wet it to "help with the frizz" on top of it she asked me the same question "any plans for the rest of the day" 3x because she was so lacking attention during the 8 minutes of conversation while she ruined my hair. I paid 73 dollars total for what I would consider an 8 minute great clips level destructive cut which at best is worth 12 bucks. Highly disappointed with the whole experience. incredibly unprofessional. - UPDATE, Anna, the owner, did all she could to make this right for me and I'm grateful to her for a full refund and for next day response. Nothing will bring my hair back but she did all she could to make amends for the horrible experience.

Ari is truly the best! I have naturally curly hair and Ari works wonders every time I come in. She is always teaching me new things I should try with my hair, and is so knowledgeable about curly hair and just hair in general. She is also so sweet and I love getting to hang out with her every time I come in. I am so happy she is back at SISU! I would truly recommend her to anyone! Thanks Ari for being the best 🩷

I get my hair done here exclusively because I always have a great experience! I recently got my hair done by Alondra and had a wonderful time, while getting amazing results. She was a great communicator, and was great about letting me know about every step of the process and pricing. I love this salon and will keep coming back!

I always have a good experience when i visit Sisu Hairdressing! I especially enjoy working with Ari. She is knowledgeable about how to care for your hair and what products will work the best with your hair type. She's also very friendly and easy to work with!
