I loved the experience this salon offers. It makes you feel fancy straight from the door. I got a complimentary drink and the haircut I wanted based off of a reference photo. Everyone was very kind and chatting made the appointment great. Definitely my new salon go to.

When Aesthetics meets the type of professionals which graciously complements the beauty of every customer by providing them with the most comprehensive full-spectrum care that they have ever experienced... what a true performance of magic that is enchanting beyond words! The staff is courteous and so caring. Attentiveness and quality is down to the last detail, and they pride themselves on making 100% sure that the customer's expectations are beyond met. They go that extra mile and make a person's day more than bright! Authentic and genuine... This Salon is what others should strive to be. With 5 star accommodations and a magnificently awe inspiring environment, the 10 out of 10 I would definitely give this business seems to be an understatement compared to what it deserves. Remarkably, The Salon at Wellington Arms raises the bar when it comes to setting the gold standard. Parking wasn't a hassle, accessibility was two thumbs up, the service was unparalleled, and the end result was that I have been left totally in a state of absolute delight!!!! If it's about wanting to be pampered to the 9s or something more along the lines of needing to be ready for a big event, this is the place for you!!! The cost is absolutely affordable, and the chances I will be a returning customer is 100%. You won't be sorry you came to such a heavenly haven. Believe me... there is not going to be another place anywhere that could compare to it. Not even close! The staff is the most experienced, licensed and sincere I've ever had the blessing of encountering... and the clean, safe, up to date Salon's tranquil environment is in a league of its own. The salon is lovely, clean and well laid out. The stylists and staff are all so courteous and professional while still making you feel welcome. Brittany is so wonderful! She took the time to get to know my hair and what works for it and my lifestyle! Micah was fantastic! I loved how my hair turned out. I loved that Micah listened to me & didn't get snooty when I tried to explain the technical salon treatment terms that I thought I wanted or needed. Clearly, I had the terms all wrong, but he just guided me through and made me feel like a rock star. I usually dread the traditional hair salon experience...I hate small talk. LOATHE IT. Being trapped in a chair talking about the weather is not my idea of a fun way to spend my time. However, at this salon, I actually felt totally at ease with Micah and was entertained the entire time. I wasn't expecting that - no forced conversation at all. I also liked that I felt pampered, but without the gimmicks that end up tacking on precious time to the appointment. I liked that the salon was full, yet still felt calm. You know what I mean when you go into a salon and it's blaring music, a thousand hair dryers are going and stylists are shouting over them? I always feel like my shoulders are tensed the entire time at those locations. THIS salon space is gorgeous and serene, the team was incredibly kind ("My pleasure" for everything and sincere concern for your comfort) and my hair turned out great. I'll be back!

I want someone to really take the time and care to execute what I really want done with my hair, and I love the cut and style I get from Shannon Picklesimer. Her experience and expertise with her craft is evident in her work, and I especially appreciate her willingness to help me find a new look when I am ready for something different. Coming to her for a style and cut is always an enjoyable experience, and the Salon at Wellington Arms is a bright, uplifting space that is conveniently located downtown and a friendly environment to drop into. Highly recommend.

Beautiful salon with the expertise to match! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, great experience with everyone in this salon! Jackie is a pro with eyelash extensions as well as being an amazing hair colorist/stylist. I will definitely be returning again and again. If you are looking for a salon that can do it all in Lexington from hair to makeup, nails and pedis, eyes, lashes, waxing, this is the place to go!

Came in for a French gel manicure, and Miss Daisy took such good care of me! By far the best experience I’ve had a salon, with a great result as well. Will definitely come back next time.
