It was the worst experience I've ever had at a salon. This was my first time here even read the reviews before going cause I wasn't so sure about it an don't trust many places to do my hair. They put me with a level 1 which I assume is new an haven't been there long. I asked for full highlights a haircut, style and eye brows waxed. I didn't get full highlights like I asked she used 4 or 5 bowls of dye on my hair which is wild cause I went in with long hair an got alot cut off before she started putting dye on. She didn't follow the same color I'd already previously had from my last highlights. She left so much undone an didn't notifie that if they needed more dye that I'd have to pay $28 a bowl. When she started taking my foil out she started pulling the rest of the dye on my hair out an wiping it on a towel. I honestly felt like she used to much. She didnt get my roots like i stated i wanted highlights to the roots down. An when she cut my hair I asked to be thinned out an layers. I said this about 3 times an she never layered it at all an thinned it out a little bit. It felt so thick at the bottom. When she waxed my eye brows she left some of the wax on my eye brows so when I go to the car I had to use wipes to wipe it off. It was definitely the worst experience I've ever had. I was hoping when I got home my hair wasn't so bad but it was awful I was so upset I paid $288 this is including the shampoo an conditioner I bought. I did call the next day I talked to the manager an came in the day after to get some of it fixed. They gave me a bowl of dye on the house to get my roots done but if I wanted the full highlights I'd have to pay $28 for each bowl of dye to fix it. Which I'd already paid $288!! I said absolutely not I didn't feel like I needed to pay more for someone messing this up. The 2nd girl I seen did great she fixed what she could with one bowl of dye an she cut my hair like I'd asked. I would be very beware of who u let touch ur hair here. Everyone was nice an polite but I didn't get what I paid for the first time I shouldn't have had to go back an get my hair fixed from someone else. I understand people are new an just learning but if u feel u cannot do what the customer wants u shouldn't touch there hair. I Will Never Be Back So No Worries About That!

I absolutely love this salon. I cant rave enough about my hair!! I absolutely am speechless on how perfect it turned out. I highly recommend grace kidwell she has always done an amazing job with my hair.

I’ve been seeing Crystal at Planet Salon for 7 years and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. Her understanding of color is incredible. She asks great questions, explains everything she’s doing along the way, and makes sure the end result is perfect. She also does my keratin treatments and is extremely knowledgeable about the process. Beyond her talent, she’s fun, energetic, and makes you feel completely at home in her chair. I’ve never had a bad result. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Planet Salon for years, and have been seeing Crystal for over five years now, and I honestly wouldn’t trust my hair (or eyebrows!) to anyone else. Every single appointment is a great experience as she listens, gives thoughtful advice on all of my hair questions, and is so genuinely supportive and caring! Crystal is incredibly skilled, consistent, and genuinely cares about her clients, which really shows in her work. I always leave feeling confident, refreshed, and so happy. If you’re looking for a hairstylist you can rely on long-term, Crystal is absolutely the one.

I’ve been going to Bailey for 6 years and she never disappoints! She does an amazing job with my color, perm and haircuts! She takes the time to understand whatever vision I have and nails it every time. I couldn’t recommend her, and Planet Salon enough!

I had the best experience at Planet Salon!! I have recently had some major health issues and the medication I was on made my hair fall out in clumps. I mean entire strands of hair which broke of in random spots. Needless to say I was devastated. I’m by no means a person who is self centered but I have always loved all things hair, skincare, and makeup. But, my hair was and is an extension of who I am so yes I maybe at the gas station looking a mess but my hair always looked good. So losing so much of it really broke my heart. I hadn’t had my hair done professionally since April when my previous stylist just ghosted me. Plus I am unemployed due to reasons beyond my control. So I started coloring my hair myself and at the time my hair had a dark shadow root and was purple. Well I tried many different brand and colors. I finally was able to have it professionally. Crystal Litsey came highly recommended and I had seen her work and it was top notch. Since I’ve already wrote more than I probably should have I’ll make this short. Crystal is not only an amazing stylist she is the most beautiful soul I’ve met. She is totally transparent on what she thinks should be done to your hair and she puts the integrity of your hair over everything else. I truly felt like we’d been besties for years and was able to give her total creative freedom on my hair. She kept everything in budget, talked me through everything she did and even made a plan on how to get my hair healthy again. It had been so long since my hair looked and felt like my hair but Crystal did the dang thing and I can’t ever repay her for making me feel heard, valued, and beautiful. I highly recommend her, she is truly the most amazing woman ever and I’m honored to call her my friend and stylist now. 💗💗

This location has always been great to me. I might not go consistently but when I do go I always pick Crystal and she's amazing. She's always done a great job with my hair. She's great about showing you which products to put in your hair and she's easy to reach out to if you have any questions after your appointment. ✨️
