Brit, the owner is extremely organized, well versed in growing a business/marketing help, and takes very good care of her suite renters. If you ever have questions, concerns, or needing help with ideas to build your clientele she does not leave you waiting and gets back to you immediately! The facility is clean, modern and the suites are a great size! If ever any issues Brit makes sure the proper maintenance team is there in a jiffy to fix the problem! Image offers a great POS/booking system for their renters and additional trainings are available. They stay up to date with events happening in the community and networking opportunities! Can’t recommend Image Studios enough if you are looking to venture out and start your own business in the salon/spa industry!! You won’t regret choosing Image Studios as your business home! From a business owner standpoint, Brittany was amazing to work with. She is very empathetic and tries her best to work with your individual needs. She's flexible and tells you which studios she thinks would be better for you, location wise, and that is super helpful. She has an insurance company that she recommends that you can work with and it's all included in a nice presentation folder. Over all I had a great experience with her and I'll suggest her if I come across cosmetologists, massage therapists or nail techs who are looking to have their own studio space.
