Cha Cha's

I was a bit nervous about finding a new salon/stylist in the area since I have been having the same girl do my hair since 2015 but I am soooooo happy I chose ChaCha’s! Paige did an amazing job with my cut and color! I was always made comfortable and felt heard with my hair concerns. The results and her hard work were well worth the price! I will absolutely be returning and already booked my next appointment!

My experience was actually negative. It took me a while to decide where I wanted to get my ends trimmed, considering my hair is curly and not everyone knows how to work with curly hair. My expectations were high for the salon because I'd read good reviews. Anyway, the girl who helped me was very friendly, but I don't think she'd ever handled hair like mine in her life. When I got there, I realized there was no one of color there. Maybe it was my mistake because it's a salon for white people. Maybe I should have said I'm mixed-race (or black). Anyway, the girl never divided my hair into equal parts to make sure she was getting an even cut. Also, while she was washing it, she wasn't gentle at all. Then, she applied a product to my hair that felt like it was burning me. When I saw that she was finishing, I asked her if she'd made sure my cut was even, and she said yes. She dried my hair with a diffuser, which made my hair look much shorter and fuller. When I got home, I could really see that my hair was still uneven and had split ends. Although I wasn't looking for a radical change, just a simple trims,making a square cut in my hair keeping the same length. the work done didn't meet my needs and goals. Jessica was perfect! I have very straight hair, type 1A which is the rarest hair type in the world. It grows completely straight from the root to tip. Finding someone who understands 1A’s unique challenges is challenging. She asked and answered all the questions, lots of time spent making sure we were on the same page. The result was just what I wanted, which is a first for me. Jessica is the best in my book. I believe she would provide excellent service for all hair types, she is a professional who truly knows what she’s doing.

I found this salon online and decided to try it out (even though it is about 2.5 hours away) because it had good reviews and its website was very detailed. I was able to chat with someone online and they helped set me up with a stylist based on what I wanted and my budget. I had a consultation with Leah Conway. She was very nice and professional. I loved that I was able to sit down with a stylist and discuss options that would work for my hair. The atmosphere and vibes inside the salon were amazing. I was nervous about trying a new salon, but Leah made me feel very comfortable. I was satisfied with the service and booked my next appointment.

Had the very best first experience at Cha Cha's! Payton felt like an instant friend and did an amazing job on my hair (trim, layers and bangs)! She is professional, relational and incredible!! Side bar: My car battery died while I was in the shop. Without a moment of hesitation, Victoria (another hairstylist) came out to help me. She refused to take money a a thank you. From start to finish, I was thoroughly impressed!!

10/10 recommend Alexzia. She is so good. She always makes me feel so pretty as my hair has never looked so good. She deserves an award. I was super nervous to change my hair but I absolutely needed to so when I got my bob she made me feel comfortable and seen and of course we spiced it up and added highlights. Now I love my hair and my favorite self care is coming to get my hair done by her:)

Had an amazing experience with Alexzia at Cha Cha’s! I get highlights and a haircut and she does great on my curly hair every time. Not only do I always feel comfortable in her chair, but she also gives advice on how to take care of my hair at home and recommends products to use at home. I will be coming back!
