I love Nady! She is professional, talented, attentive, and efficient. She has been doing my hair for years. The most important thing I value is my time. She always gets me in and out quickly. My braids always come out looking perfect!

Very unprofessional, I do not recommend, I got there waited to get my hair done , maybe she not done with her previous clients ,fine that’s cool finally get to the chair and she starts straightening my hair With a hot comb, very confused in my head bc I’m scheduled for braids with a sew in , but maybe she making it more manageable idk.I bring up the hair I got for sew in/braids she acts confused and acknowledges that she thought i was getting my hair straightened ,, finally we actually started to actually do the hair I was scheduled or so I thought ,for 15 min in she break to get something to eat ,maybe she didn’t eat anything yet idk ,get back to do my hair I noticed that my hair braids where a lot bigger then the video I sent and I ask multiple times if she could add the boho curly at the end of the braids like the video I sent ,she insisted that she doesn’t do it that way and will curl the hair at the end ,half way through my hair she tells me she has to finish another clients hair. I’m sitting in the chair with my scalp burning from that damn hot comb that was never supposed to touch my hair to begin with and my hair not even being done the way I anticipated.finally break my silence payed for the work she did left with hair unfinished bc I’m not gonna pay fully for a style that im not gonna appreciate .she somehow acted like the victim with no little to no accountability .

You should tell clients beforehand if you don't know how to do a style. When going here l asked for a style not on the listing, more specifically a Fulani style with French curls at the end of the braids. The estimate price was $275 which is already above a medium boho braid set($260) because this style was not on the listing | was ok with the price hike even though it wasn't too ethical. When arriving to the studio on time I had to wait an hour before my stylist even got there to do my hair. I understand different people have different paces but the appointment took about 10 hours to finish up. I'll hand it to her the parting was accurate to the inspo photo I gave her but in the end I wasn't satisfied. The next day I woke up to the ends unraveling and when taking a closer look the braids had straight ends mixed into the curly ends and it was uneven. I then informed Nady the owner of the salon on the lady's work(with pictures) and asked for a partial refund in place for the price jump of the style (about $60). She said that "I only needed a trim" even tho it would've needed a whole rebraiding. I then told her that I don't have time to go back and she responded with "why if it's looking good then we don't have to refund you". I told her that it is unjust that I was being charged more for a style that the lady didn't know how to do,and that this fact should had been communicated way before the appointment. Even after telling her that being 17 and paying for this myself without it being executed well was very frustrating. She still didn't give any type of refund. wouldn't have had a problem if it was done well, and the fact that I'm only asking for a partial refund and I can't even get that is astonishing.

I love Nady’ hair Studio. It’s been so many years since I’ve been going to her. She is amazing, loving and caring. She is my only hair stylist. I will forever go to her, and I will recommend her to everyone looking for a professional hair stylists.

I had a wonderful experience with Nady. Her salon was clean and welcoming and she is very professional. I had to call her a few time to make sure I get the correct product for the service and she was kind and professional. She told me to send her a picture of wanted to use and she would advise.
