Saw Yuji Hair Boutique when looking up salons in the area, and I am SO GLAD I gave it a chance! From the moment you walk into Yuji, it's good vibes from the music, the lighting, and the people! It's very clean and modern. They have korean music playing and the matching music video playing on a projector in front of the wash station. They have a coffee station for while you wait (although I didn't have to wait long at all) as well. I called the same day to request an appointment and they were able to accommodate. I got a women's haircut done by Jennie. I came in with no reference photo, just told her I wanted something that she thought would look good. She gave me beautiful layers and bangs! I got washed, dried, cut, and styled in under an hour without it feeling rushed. Yuji Hair Boutique definitely feels like a luxury hair experience but at a really affordable price. Usually for long hair stylists charge 20-40 extra. But I was still only charged the listed price of $70 ($95 with tip). Just got a perm and haircut from Ji. He did a great job. Inside was clean and cozy, and you’re treated well by the staff. They offer you water to which is DOPE, ya boy was thirsty thank god. Ji was very quick but smooth with it too, a true pro. If I ever decide to do another perm this would be the place

Risa is an absolute gem and I would recommend her to everyone. I came in wanting heavy layers with a blowout look, and she did exactly what I asked for with only one reference photo. She gave me the best hair wash I’ve ever had that was super relaxing. She cut my hair to face frame my face in a way that was extremely flattering. I have a lot of hair and it can get really thick but by the time she was done cutting my hair and styling it with the layers, it felt like a weight lifted off my shoulders! And to top it off she styled it so cute and it lasted for days!! I’m from California but every time I am in Vegas I’ll definitely book an appointment with Risa. Highly recommend!! Honorable mention the hair salon is super aesthetic - they play good music and have a projected playing music videos which made the vibes even better.

I had mixed experiences here. First of all, the salon was modern and had a nice atmosphere when I walked in. They even give you robes to put on. My stylist was Jenny. I wanted to cut my long hair short with curtain bangs and try dark ash brown hair color with lighter highlights. I even showed her pictures of the style I wanted so there wouldn’t be any confusion. I actually liked the haircut she did, just exactly how I wanted it. But I was starting to get worried when she started to put in color and my hair was turning yellow. I thought I should trust the process as that was my first time getting my hair colored at a salon. But of course by the time she was done I had a full head of yellow hair with greenish highlights while she promised that the color would show after a couple washes. …like what?? I was in shock and left like that because I had been there for 4 hours and couldn’t stay any longer. A little over a week and 3 washes later I got a text from them asking if the color turned out okay. I was pleasantly surprised and went back to get my hair fixed (I would’ve called them to get it fixed anyway). The stylist (the main guy there, I didn’t catch his name) was super nice about everything and even trimmed my bangs and colored my hair twice because I wasn’t satisfied with the first fix. I wasn’t trying to be difficult, but the color at the end is still not close to the picture I showed them. I appreciate their willingness to ensure customer satisfaction, but I don’t think I’d be going back for hair colors…. There was a girl there on Saturdays helping out with scheduling and hair washing. She was super nice and down to earth though. Lastly the pricing was $80 for haircut, $270 for color and toner.

Ambience is good, the person who assists in washing hair is nice. The hair stylist who did my hair is ok, does not talk. I showed my hair cut inspo and asked if he can make my bangs fuller and a little wispy but didn't happened 😅. The hair cut was not bad, but hair inspo that I was expecting was not followed, a little disappointing. I wish hair stylist will be friendly and accommodating though. Was a "so-so" experience but probably, i wont be coming back.

Jenny did my hair. I wanted a touch up of my highlights that I had before. This means just doing the roots. She completely bleached everywhere. When it was only supposed to be my roots!!! The work my stylist did previously is completely ruined, and I am told I have to wait for my hair to grow out again before I can apply any more dyes or bleach to it. My hair is completely ruined. I spent around 1500 on highlights and my extensions. Mind you, many of the extensions fell out the same week! I went here because of the good reviews. But they are a lie. The first picture is how I entered the salon. The second two pictures are what I left with. Why is ALL my hair a different color? The parts that were perfect before are a weird color now. Where is the dark brown that I had between the highlights before??? Horrible experience. Don’t go here.

I scheduled for a touch up of my highlights and a cut. Now I have blue hair. I knew it was too good when they were able to fit me in for a same day booking. Had I known she was trying to fit other customers during that timeframe (stylist working on 2 others as well). I wouldn’t have scheduled for a hair appointment that costed me over $340+. Now I have to go to work with blue hair. I did let the stylist know my concerns but she simply said it would take 2 days for the toner to wash off. I was trusting when she told me this since she is the professional but now after reading about "over toned" hair on the internet- it seems I will have to deal with this for several weeks. What is worst was after she washed my hair, I mentioned the color and she said my hair wasn’t blue and that the hair color looks good. Again I went in for touch up for blonde highlights. she never even apologized nor did whom I assumed to be the owner or offer to fix it. Posted pics but looks worst in person. Please be aware of this salon.
