I had a wonderful relaxing productive time. My stylist was so polite courteous and quiet catering. I will be back to get my hair looking good by Fanta she was just fabulous. I love they way I felt walking out. I look good!! Thanks Fanta from Paul Mitchell school!

I had such a great experience with Morgan. Not only did she do a great job with my highlights previously, but the pixie cut that she gave me was amazing. It was everything that I wanted. I like her so much that I’ve taken my son and Daughter there for her to do their hair. The staff and the instructors were so Nice and knowledgeable. I was really impressed with everything. I plan on returning there for all of my hair care.

I took my 8 year old African niece there for a deep conditioning treatment and I got everything but what I wanted . The student who attended her (Jose Angel) did not know how to work with Afro hair and I wish he had been honest cause I would have walked out of there faster then quick. He wash her hair and put whatever he did in it came back and told me he was done I asked him if he blow dry her hair and he told me her hair was dry and I told him you dealing with Afro hair that type of hair does not retain water, my mistake was asking him to blow dry it cause it was freezing outside and I did not want her to get sick. My mistake because after so many times the supervisor coming to aid him and I don’t know if she knew how to deal with Afro hair herself a few students trying to help him my niece hair looked horrible he totally burn her ends more then what she had them I was shock didn’t say anything paid and came out of there furious. Below are some pictures. I’ve taken my niece to other salons for deep conditioning in the past and her hair has looked beautiful when they were done. If I took my niece to Paul Mitchell was because 1- it was recommended 2- cause you guys are suppose to be cream of the crop. Had they had been honest from the beginning and told they didn’t know how to do Afro hair I would have walked happy without any problems. I’m visiting from Alaska … I would first like to say that I appreciate how attentive the instructors are with their students. Without the guidance, there is no success. Kyliee did my hair today, she was nervous about giving me the bleach treatment I requested so she asked for an instructors opinion, together they made the decision that bleaching isn’t what I needed. I had a toner to refresh the blonde I already had and mask treatment for hydration. I couldn’t be more happier with the results. Thank you Kyliee. And kudos to your instructor today. I’ll be back in February. I promise to use the purple shampoo once a month. Cheers, Ella

I had my hair cut for the first time in two years by Themise. Being very particular about my long hair, I requested to have it cut a little bit differently than the average person. She did a wonderful job and made sure it was cut perfectly straight, which I loved. She took the extra time to double check all of my OCD requests and was patient with me making me feel like it wasn’t a burden. I felt like family in her chair, I would highly recommend Themise for your haircuts and needs. You won’t be disappointed. 🙂

The attention to details from students and instructors were phenomenal I highly recommend and I will continue going there! I attached a before and after pic the blends are beautiful! One happy client here!
