Davida Bailey was recommended for my duaghters hair issue. I have pictures below of how her hair looks when it was natted up so bad due to her not being able to maintain it. Davida was patient enough to handle her with gentle care and save her hair. We thought we would have to cut her hair super short which she was sad about! Thanks to the professionals, her hair was saved, cared for, and fixed in a timely manner! Thanks for the hair love ❤️ we will be back and definitely recommended 👌🏽
Had a 10:00 AM haircut appointment at the Town Square location with Ashley Zeer and drove in from near Boulder City to be there. I booked the appointment online and planned my morning around it, and arrived on time. When I got there, I was told the stylist simply didn’t show up. The explanation given was that she leaves her books open and this "just happens." I was offered another stylist 45 minutes later, after already wasting time and making a long drive. For a service that costs close to $100, this level of unreliability is unacceptable. What’s more concerning is reading through other reviews and seeing the owners respond by saying that stylists are fully responsible for their own scheduling and cancellations, as if that absolves the business of responsibility. From a client perspective, appointments are booked through the salon’s platform, under the salon’s brand, at the salon’s location. When this happens repeatedly and the response is essentially "oops, nothing we can do," that’s a business problem. Based on the number of similar experiences shared here, this clearly isn’t an isolated incident. Clients aren’t asking for special treatment- just basic professionalism, communication, and accountability. If you value your time, I’d be cautious booking unless these scheduling practices change.
Leilani Torres was my stylist and she was amazing, she handled me with care from so many back jobs in my past and did exactly what I wanted. This is the first time I’ve walked out from getting my hair done and I felt happy and confident with everything she did. Will definitely be back and happy to have booked with her. 💜
I visit today as my friend highly recommend David Quan. The experience was great, he knew exactly how to correct my hair color, make my hair soft and healthy again. He did an amazing job cutting my hair as well. As my hair was coloring, I got my nails done as well with Magdalene, she was wonderful and very reasonably priced. They were friendly, fun and the salon wasn’t full of gossip or overly loud music. Which I appreciate.
Had an appointment today with Yomira Rangel and I just got scam $170 🤦🏽♀️ I showed her what I wanted and this what I got. Please don’t trust this girl with your hair she did not once listen or tried to fix her mistake but charge me smh
I called in to set an appointment and asked specifically for a stylist experienced with coarse textured hair and was told the person I was to be scheduled with would be able to do my hair. I drove there and then was told no one could do my hair. Nor was there an alternative stylist. Just a waste of everyone's time.
My experience with Davida was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. She arrived 30 minutes late to my 1 PM appointment, took multiple breaks on her phone, and dragged the process out to 5 hours. When I shared that the hairstyle wasn’t what I expected, she brushed me off with excuses instead of taking accountability. The worst part was her attitude—while I was under the dryer, she walked over and turned it off without saying a word. She even told me, "I don’t want to be your beautician anymore." The final result was sloppy, with uneven parts and no crispness, yet she still charged me $150. This was unprofessional, disrespectful, and not worth my time or money. I will never go back.
