I went to this salon today for an emergency appointment after having a bleach disaster at home the previous night. I arrived with a friend for moral support, wearing a bonnet because I was genuinely embarrassed and very sensitive about the state of my hair. When I sat down at the station, I explained to the stylist that my hair had been bleached twice the night before, and the second round left it overprocessed and fragile. In an attempt to save it, I had applied a very generous amount of leave-in conditioner and left it overnight until I could get professional help. I explained twice to the stylist that my hair was both chemically compromised and full of product buildup. Despite this, the stylist immediately grabbed a paddle brush and began brushing through my hair. My friend stepped in and suggested that he rinse my hair first, given how fragile it was and how much product was still in it. The stylist ignored this completely. What happened next was incredibly upsetting. He began ripping through my compromised hair without hesitation, saying he needed to "assess the damage first." Because of this, he broke and tore through large sections unnecessarily. Any experienced stylist would know this is the exact opposite of what to do in this situation. To make matters worse, he did this with me facing the mirror so I had to watch my already fragile hair being torn apart, rather than turning me around and handling it gently or compassionately. I have attached a photo of the hair brush full of my hair. The stylist’s attitude was shockingly unprofessional from the start. Instead of showing empathy or care, he was judgmental and dismissive. When I asked if we could try a protein treatment before resorting to cutting everything off, he refused — saying the only option was a pixie cut. There was no discussion, no professional recommendations, and no sense of reassurance for someone already feeling vulnerable. If he felt the task was outside his professional scope, he could have simply said so. Instead, he handled the situation without grace, made me feel ashamed, and caused additional unnecessary damage. The final insult was hearing him complain about my hair quality to the front staff as I was leaving — completely uncalled for and humiliating. I understand my hair was in bad shape when I arrived. I expected to have to make a big chop to my hair and that I would loose hair in the process. However, when going to a salon I expected professionalism, compassion, and guidance not judgment, damage, and gossip. This experience left me in tears and I truly I ever trusted this salon with my hair.

I’ve been doing my hair with Oniel for almost four years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. I had an appointment with Lorenzo for highlights. I was quite concerned about my hair and made it clear that I didn't want any damage. I asked him to lighten my hair as much as possible without causing harm. He assured me he would take care and not damage my hair. He mentioned that achieving the desired results might require two sessions, to which I agreed, scheduling the next session for August. Despite his assurances, my hair was unfortunately ruined. It was burned to the point that people asked if I had put my hair over an open flame. Moreover, I was charged $450 for the damage, even though my hair is very short. I shared pictures of my severely damaged hair with Lorenzo and expressed my dissatisfaction. I requested a refund and some form of hair treatment as a resolution. However, his response was a firm refusal, offering only one treatment. In an effort to find a solution, I mentioned that I wanted to avoid any unnecessary problems and explained how distressing this situation was for me. I told him that if a refund wasn't possible, I would be forced to file a complaint with the state board. His response was dismissive: "Do what you need to do." Feeling left with no other choice, I proceeded to file a complaint with the state board. I provided the necessary evidence, including pictures of the damage, and expressed my hope that others would be able to assess the situation.

Aliya works here! Omg, this girl is amazing. I have trust issues when it comes to my hair, but with her, I know I have nothing to worry about. I also have my daughter go to her. I've had blonde, my daughter has had blonde and red. 10/10 every time!

I was disappointed with my experience. The stylist appeared inexperienced and missed multiple sections of hair, leaving noticeable uneven patches that had to be corrected elsewhere. Appointments also did not start on time, which showed a lack of respect for scheduling. Overall, the service felt unfocused, and the stylist seemed disengaged and burned out. I would not return and would not recommend based on this experience.

Angel has angel's hands. Angel Aguilar exceeded my expectations; he was very gentle while cutting my long hair, maintained a great communication and made sure I was happy with the haircut. Also, he has a great time management, it took him 1 hr to wash, cut and style my hair. His technique is amazing because it gives you that flawless cut, not choppy looking style. My search for a great Hairdresser is over!
