Fausto did an amazing job and I’m so happy with how it turned out. Probably the best highlights I’ve ever had. The whole appointment just felt easy and relaxed. He made me feel really comfortable the entire time and you can tell he genuinely cares about his work. Overall just a great experience — definitely recommend!

I thought a lot before posting this review and was prone not to, but since the salon decided to post me on their social media and are taking pride in the work that was done on me, even though they know I’m not happy I decided to review my honest opinion. I came in for the first time to this place for a full balayage and a hair cut , paid 390$ , sat for 6.5 hours , just to be unable to even wear my hair natural in public. I’m not going to say the stylists name because this is not personal , however hear are the problems : 1. I showed him 2 reference pics , i asked for a layered cut that’s longer than the pic, with A LOT of thinning - received a short puffy hair cut with no layers, ZERO THINNING WAS DONE and so short and thick I can’t even wear it in a pony or down without a constant blowout . Not to mention it looks nothing like the pic 2. There’s a patch of bleach in the middle of my hair thick and visible for everyone to see , from the root down, simply embarrassing 3. The placement of the bleaching was manly made at spots don’t really cover and refresh my old balayage that I had so when looking at the hair , u can see a ton of work done anywhere but over the old work that needed tuch up. Also the toner hasn’t really stuck to all the bleaching but since I’m not a hair stylist I’ll leave that as debatable. Valerie who presented herself as the salon manager has offered me a re toning And a bolder money piece to try and match one of the pics that I showed , However the real problems are not fixable by that solution that she offers , also since she tried to make me sound like I was the problem by saying " you told your stylist you didn’t like the stylist you had before as well " which to I replied by yes , because she didn’t cut enough which is also what her manager told her , However it’s irrelevant because it didn’t happened at atelier and she should have said something else . I’ve been going to Mandolyn since November 2024, and she’s done AMAZING things with my hair! She’s super considerate and listened to my hair goals and made a realistic plan that wouldn’t damage my hair. I recently asked her if it was even possible to take my hair from a cool-toned purple to a warm brown, and she made it happen!! She also has given me so many great product recommendations and kept me within my budget while still showing me what my hair needed. Thank you Mandolyn!!

He also does my 14 years old daughter’s hair ( color and haircut), and he treated her with the same care and attention he gave me. He made her feel comfortable and confident, and the result was absolutely beautiful. It’s rare to find someone so skilled and thoughtful. If you want someone who truly cares about the outcome and your happiness and the happiness of your daughter, Fausto is the one. Go see him soon!!!

Fausto Dasilva is the best hairdresser ever. He did wonders on my thick, curly, dry hair. Color came out amazing, treatment was on point made my hair shine. The cut is amazing too. On top of it he has a great personality and he is funny. He made me feel and look sexy like a celebrity!!!
