Although she tried to give the salon a bohemian atmosphere with beautiful Turkish lamps and inexpensive jewelry, it gave it a different vibe. The owner is a laid-back, very good stylist whose work is recognizable. Otherwise, it leaves a lot to be desired. The massage therapist also does nails. My massage was good; she used an electric massager, which, for me, lasted a long time, I'd say about 25%. Although the foot massage was the best part of the session, I was face down the whole hour, which meant I couldn't breathe through my nose. I paid for a French manicure and pedicure, and the lady had no idea how to do it. We started at 2, and by 5 we hadn't finished yet.So frustrating ... However, the owner reimbursed me.

I picked this salon for the location and their specialty in organic services. I was very pleasantly surprised how the color has lasted better then any other color I have had used on my hair. My gray is hard to cover and it has not budged. Highly recommend. The shop is immaculate. They staff knowledgeable and friendly.

When I came in the door the lady at the front greeted me and offered me some tea. They then took me back gave me a hair treatment with a scalp massage. The stylist gave me the edgy cut I had been looking for and couldn’t get anywhere else. They not only do a good job here, they are very friendly, clean and know what they are talking about and walk you through step by step.

This place is terrible. She is operating with a delinquent cosmetology license. Her shop used the same towel on three different clients. She wouldn’t tell me what product she was using on me except to say, "oh I don’t know, all the writing is in Chinese, it’s from China." (I should have asked BEFORE she started putting it on my hair) I went for hair straightening, but hair still curly. I asked about refund or discount, said it wasn’t her her fault my hair didn’t "take." She said I had to use her products in order for product to work, she had them already in a bag, so didn’t look at them until I got home. Once I looked, most were for curly and coiled hair, to maintain curls and coils. Made no sense, I went for hair straightening! The pics are of me AFTER the straightening and with the use of her products. My hair still wavy-Curley, no difference! Her prices were outrageous!! Stupidly, I paid with out complaining initially. I blamed myself for not asking prices beforehand. It’s a pretty shabby place (didn’t know that before I got there) so I didn’t think she’d be that much. She wanted to trim dead ends after the treatment, I said ok. She charged $75 for this 10-15 min trim! On the phone she said straightening treatment would be $350, but charged $470, saying it was more work. My hair was straight when I left because she blew it and used a flat iron, so didn’t know that it didn’t work until four days later when I washed it. Stay away from this place!!

I had a great experience. I had a cryo face lift and my skin is way better. I had a little bit of lines starting and a few scars and it is greatly reduced. They gave me a new hair color also that I had been wanting for a long time and never came out how I asked. It is exactly like my picture. This is a very special place.

Planning a wedding, even a small one, from 1000 miles away is crazy! But Dawn helped to ease my anxiety so much about the big day! I scheduled the Queen/King for a day packages for both my husband and I. Manicures, pedicures, massages, then Dawn did my hair and Melissa did my makeup. They all truly did an awesome job! I felt so comfortable and loved the results. My day was perfect and Dawn and her crew were no small part in that. Thank you guys, from the bottom of our hearts. Chad and Melissa VanDuyn
