Unfortunately, my son did not receive a very nice haircut and we had to go elsewhere to have it fixed. The lady that cut his hair didn't seem too happy about having to cut a little boys' hair. I showed a picture of what he wanted and she said it didn't matter because she couldn't see the back of the haircut. She buzzed his cowlick off and didn't even blend it. I didn't get good vibes from the start of our conversation and should have just left when my gut told me so. We will not be returning.

I went in today for my first time and a new lady who was a manager at a different place cut my hair. It’s so uneven. It’s nothing like the photo. There are random strands that are longer than the other. My curtain bangs look like squares in the front. I could’ve done it myself at home with kitchen scissors the way they look. Any shorter to get it fixed would be too short then ide have to get actual bangs I’m so upset. It looked fine walking out but once home i put it in a pony and I noticed it and it’s so uneven in the front the face layering is soooo badly uneven. and she kept pulling my hair trying to get the tangles out too.

Faith did a fantastic job cutting my hair as she always does. Very polite, concerning and professional.

Wish I could leave a better review, the first time I came in I had a fantastic experience with the older Asian woman, she made my experience comfortable and wonderful, and was nice when I had asked questions about taking better care of my hair. The second time around, not so much. The woman I was with had me stand, which I can completely understand considering the length of my hair, but what wasn't okay was the comments about my hair. I have fine hair, Im fully aware that I have fine hair, mine in particular is more prone to breakage and split ends, but the comments she had made about it upset me significantly, to the point I will not be returning here again. There's a line between feedback about taking care of fine hair, and straight up being rude about it.

Poor service and unprofessional handling -Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The stylist seemed unprofessional and careless while using the trimmer, resulting in several cuts on my neck and ear. Despite my expectations for a relaxing experience, I left feeling uncomfortable and concerned about the lack of attention to detail. Perhaps additional training for staff could improve the quality of service.

Have been coming here for years and brought my son today. The last time he was here a lady cut his hair and left bangs and when styled looked fine, but when washed left them crooked across his head. Taking him today we had the same lady chosen to cut his hair. We mentioned he had longer bangs that didn’t look good if left flat (like he likes it) and that I’d like them cut so that he didn’t look like a dork if he didn’t want to style his hair. Instead of accommodating this request(to cut hair at a salon) the lady told asked my wife multiple times(no exaggeration to say nearly a dozen times) how old he was and when she said 5 she would say well you’re the boss and his hair only looks good when it’s styled. She was obviously flustered and seemingly had no idea how to cut a child’s bangs. Instead of saying that she continued to repeat this while not cutting his hair. I get the point she was making but I do not want to fight my son everyday to style his hair so that his hair doesn’t look stupid. Nowhere else I’ve taken him has it required that I do this. She said he’s five so many times instead of listening to the fact that I don’t care how old he is I don’t want to fight him on how his hair is styled I had to step in and ask if we’re going to just keep saying that or cut his hair like I asked. She finally cut his hair but to be honest it still doesn’t look good and I regret bringing him in. I’ve been coming here nearly monthly for 5 years and based on this one ladies attitude and inability to cut hair when requested I will never return. Edit: reached out to the email the "owner" provided. I am not really expecting anything to come from it but will update this if they ever follow up with me. And for anyone who sees this, no the "owner" never did anything about this incident. Nor did they ever respond to my email.
