Relax it's Natural

I love the team at Relax ota Natural !! Very professional and knowledgeable where hair and scalp health is the bottom line. I got my hair colored for the 1st time and Angelica made it such an easy and relaxed experience. I love my hair color and will be coming back as a committed customer.

My 13 year old little sister went from locs to a fro, and had a lot of dead hair and damage. She has a lot of hair on her head, and it was super tangled. Brittany and Angelise are miracle workers and were able to safely detangle, silk press, and cut her dead ends off. She was nervous at first, but they were able to calm her fears. Angelise straightened all her hair without incident, and made us confident in their work. We're very pleased and will definitely be returning.

If I could give 6 stars I absolutely would. I came for a consult and left feeling the most heard I have felt in my entire hair journey. If you are truly interested in the health of your hair, there is no place I could recommend more Unfortunately I no longer live in the area but I have heavily considered taking the 3+ hour drive purely for such a hair care experience once again

I just wanted my dead ends cut. I made an appointment online and some one called me saying nice I was anew client I had to have a consultation first and I told that person that's fine as long as I get my ends cut. I got there and sat in the chair the lady was very nice and sweet but I had to pay $25 just to conversate about hair and she didn't cut my ends. So I feel like that was a waste of money and time. She was very knowledgeable in hair snd the prices sounded so EXPENSIVE but that's not what I wanted. I ended up going to super cuts cause they did cut my ends with no questions asked.

I must say the work this shop do is AMAZING! However, the customer service here is POOR! I called and asked for pricing and I was told one flat price. I drive 20 minutes after an 8 hour shift at work and I'm being told my hair is too long. I wouldn't have been so pissed if I was told we start here and up depending on the length of your hair. Well I only brought enough to pay for my hair and to tip the young lady who would be doing my hair. Then I was told I stayed later to make accommodation for you. But had to wait 2 weeks before I can be seen for a late appointment which is offered to all clients. & this is why I had to wait 2 weeks. Right? But instead of the young lady sticking to her word I was turned around after wasting my time, energy, and gas. Good work but bad taste left in my mouth. I'm sure I will find someone just as good!. Hope you get a better experience with customer service than I did!

I went to this shop because I read all the good reviews and I am looking to start my loc journey. However, after leaving my consultation appointment I felt very uneasy about the whole appointment. My stylist Brittany did an okay job making me feel comfortable about my hair but the other stylist did not. I had some issues with my scalp that I did not know about and the other stylist made me feel really bad and like I don't care about my hair. I didn't appreciate they way she made me feel and it was NOT a welcoming environment and some where I would not return.
